Leila has a Master's degree in Marriage & Family Therapy and works as a mental health practitioner. Ernest is a social sector executive and consultant with expertise in strategic planning and facilitation. Together, Leila and Ernest continue to overcome challenges and pursue ambitions that impact people and communities they serve while strengthening the wellbeing of the family as a whole.
