The 'Perpetually Healing' Trap ❤️

Our relationship with ourselves is sacred, and deepening our awareness of what has formed our personality, beliefs and patterns is VERY valuable and good for the world, especially as we tread upon tender pathways in our past in order to heal and grow. We are ALL impacted positively by the healing work we each do as individuals. So, first let's acknowledge how beautiful it is that so many of us have opened up in our willingness to explore and bring healing light to our wounds, pains, trauma. 

BUT ... and ...

Are those activities bringing you more JOY, HAPPINESS, EXCITEMENT TO BE ALIVE, CREATIVE IMPULSES, FLOW, EASE, PEACE?

It is easy to get caught in an endless cycle of healing modalities, to be 'on the medicine path,' for instance rather than truly integrating the lessons and insights we receive on one medicine journey, and then going out and ENJOYING this spectacular gift of life we've been blessed with. 

Today's episode focuses on a pivot to accessing our natural joie de vivre; on literally and figuratively lightening up. We might even come to see that our toughest challenges can act as catalysts to very high levels of joy and happiness, if we let them.
