Introduction to Church Rehab

What is Church Rehab? Just like when someone is injured, and they go to rehab to restore something damaged or injured to its original state or better, this is what the church needs. To be restored to God's original intent for it. The mission of this podcast is to be a platform where we can have authentic and transparent conversations about how we see the church. Because of so many things that have happened in the church to people, we do not look at church the way we used to. Church used to be called the hospital, the church used to be a place where sick people get healed, where lives are changed, and people get delivered. There used to be power in the church. The kind of power that caused people to leave changed. Many people feel they come to church broke and leave broken. For far too long, we have been afraid to talk about the church experience and how many have been turned away from Christ by the hurt, pain, and trauma experienced in the church. But God can not heal what we will not reveal. The purpose of this podcast is to be a safe space to heal, grow, and thrive. To also lead people back to the church, because reclamation is necessary. On this podcast, we will represent the church to the world, the Kingdom's Way.
