COLD SAUCE was created to inform people with mental health problems on topics of concern that can help them recover. It is casted by someone (Me) with prior psychiatric history that changed his life around and now intends to help those with the same problems have more of an understanding of what it means to be mentally ill, and to encourage faith.  If only normal people and the mentally ill knew just how powerful the mind of those with psychiatric history could be once unlocked.
