Welcome back Loafers!! In today's episode, Brian and Tucker discuss the sports that are popular in our hearts but not popular in the conventional sense. We discuss arm wrestling strategy, terminology, training, equipment, and the many giant names that participate in the sport. We also talk about Over the Top and Pulling John.

The rest of the conversation is about lacrosse and the Premier Lacrosse league. Lacrosse movies like the Grizzlies and Fate of a Sport.
