PART 1 OF 2: At the 1999 X Games, Tony Hawk landed the first-ever 900, a 900-degree aerial spin on a skateboard, which is considered one of the most difficult tricks in the sport. This achievement helped to elevate his fame and cement his place in the history of the sport. That same year, Hawk was inducted into the Skateboarding Hall of Fame. But was he really the first person to land the elusive 900? Did he sabotage opportunities for other skaters to land the trick first?
