Our hosts Mike and Keith with the help of 5 young men, Mike Prestage, Cameron Pearson, Ewan Nicholas, John Prestage and Joe Blackman who live in our village (Sutton Saint Nicholas) today tell us about the 5 young men who were called up from this village for service in World War 2. We hear about Leonard Attwood, George Gerrard, Clifford Dale, Joseph Marshall, and Percy Corrick. This podcast is in support of the UK National Remembrance Services this year of the ending of WW2 in Europe and Victory over Japan.
