Jessica Janzen is a wife, mother, speaker, author and joy bringer. After loss and massive heartache she made it her life mission to help women get unstuck after experiencing grief and loss.

Jessica mission is all about embracing the beautiful chaos and helping you understand we don’t have to have it all together. She believes and knows that we can build a life by design that we once only dreamed of. What she knows to be true is life is short and we need to live it to the fullest.

It took death and massive heartache to get Jessica to this spot. It was the death of her son Lewiston that finally woke her up to really start living and get on with what she had always dreamed of. They say the average person gets about 30,000 days to live – her son only had a 179 days.

Her book Bring The Joy came out in 2020 and they have raised close $2 Million dollars for the Foundation that they started in honor of her son to carry on his legacy. The foundation is called The Love For Lewiston Foundation. The Love for Lewiston Foundation exists to create awareness, bring joyful experiences, spread love, direct money to local families, and ultimately raise funds focused on treatments and finding a cure for Spinal Muscular Atrophy through SMA Research and The Alberta Children’s Hospital Foundation.

She has been speaking on stages in person and virtually across North America to help provide others tools to help them navigate the tough stuff. 

Jessica is the recipient of The 2021 Doc Seaman -Generosity of Spirit Award, winner of The Best Documentary at the 2022 Okotoks Film Festival, and the recipient of the 2022 Muscular Dystrophy Canada, Dr. Katie Mander’s Courage to Inspire Award. Jessica was also recently inducted into the 2022 Class of Calgary’s Top 40 Under 40.
