Welcome to the Stay or Go podcast, where we're changing the dialogue around divorce so that no woman ever stays in her marriage out of fear. Get ready to dispel myths, learn life-changing tools, and build a solid foundation in yourself from which to make your decision. And now your host, me, Britta Joe. Woo-hoo-hoo! Hello, hello, my loves. Welcome back. I think I'm saying welcome back because I myself feel like I have time traveled, warped, was in a different reality this last week. I mean, damn, y'all. And even as I'm saying this, I'm like, why was that? Oh, that's because my kids were home on spring break. And um, whoo, just total different like time outside of time, right? Where no bedtime, staying up late, everybody's schedules crazy, sleeping in late, and all the dysregulation that comes with that. So I am, I am coming back into my body, into my space. Um, I also had some big shifts going on for me this last week that maybe I'll get to talk about in the future in the podcast. But all of that is to say, yay, I am excited to be back here in what is like one of my most favorite, happiest places, which is in my office, in my house alone with just the kitties, um, getting to record an episode, getting to reach across the sound waves to all of you and connecting with your energy. So as you can feel, I'm just really excited and happy to be here with you guys today. And I'm hoping that this episode will be kind of short and powerful. Um, I really do think it's gonna land for a lot of you, especially those of you that have felt like your brain recently has been in overdrive, trying to figure out whether you should stay or go. And boy, do I relate. This is my biggest, this has been my biggest buffer. Remember, in coaching, a buffer is something that we use to avoid feeling. So overthinking, trying to analyze my way through things is kind of my go-to. And yeah, I want to explore today a little bit like how trying to logic your way out of your marriage doesn't work and to give you something else instead, which is very exciting, is going to include at the end of the episode a beautiful gift that I created this weekend. I guess the gift about this last week and my kids being out of school was I wasn't, you know, coaching any of my clients. I I there were very few. There were a few clients that I coached, but most of them I clear off the schedule just because, as you guys can imagine, trying to coach a client while I have three boys home is really hit or miss. It's not so much anymore. They've gotten a lot older, but sometimes it can be really hit or miss. So I'd cleared my schedule and was doing a lot more admin. And in the process of that, um, I'd had this idea for a really yummy, juicy freebie that I've been wanting to make, and I actually did. And it's going to help you so much with what we're going to be talking about today. So, yeah, just that's my little tease for you guys. That at the end, um, I'm gonna have a little gift for you that you'll be able to sign up for my newsletter with, and it'll come straight to your inbox. And it's gonna be something that I hope will help you tap into a completely different kind of wisdom because sometimes our logic is actually the very thing that is keeping us stuck in the indecision. So just hang tight with me through this episode. It is coming at the end. So, to start though, let's dive into why I think it's a problem to rely on logic as heavily as we do. First off, I think even the idea that logic is so uh elevated, so overly trusted, so held up is directly a result of our culture. Okay, it is our culture that has taught us that we need to default to logic, that we need to go to the mind for our answers. And if you are living in like I am here in the US, in a patriarchal culture, it makes a lot of sense that the culture would be telling you go to your head, not your body. Um, especially here in America, I, you know, received so much conditioning around emotions not being safe or trustworthy, um, that you needed to be, you know, less emotional, more um just the logical, right? It it should make sense. And if it doesn't make sense, then there must be something wrong with you and you can't trust it. And we've really been taught that if we think hard enough, if we just do it hard enough, we will find the right answer. And we've really been trained to believe that our brains are the ultimate authority. But those of you listening to the podcast know, I've said it over and over and over, your brain is not neutral. It just isn't. For many of us, as I'm thinking of my own brain, especially my brain seven years ago before I found therapy, before I did coaching, my brain was not like truly unbiasedly logical. Okay. It was a hundred percent logical in the ways that it had been taught to be quote, logical. And those ways were programmed into me by my family, by my religion, by my culture. I want you to take a second and think about all the different things that have actually programmed your brain. The patriarchy, my brain was definitely programmed by a lot of shame and fear and guilt. So even the idea that we should be able to go to our brains and logically that that's like the source of true wisdom is flawed. It's inherently flawed. It's not also acknowledging that everybody's brains are programmed by the cultures and the beliefs and the family they were raised in. And if you happen to be raised in some fucking crazy ones, which those of us in patriarchal cultures, I want to say, yeah, that if you're a woman raised in a patriarchal culture, there's a lot in your brain you should not be trusting is logical. If you is especially if you're a woman that was raised in a religious background, a patriarchally religious background, not a good fit. And also if you had narcissistic parents or traumatic abuse and neglect in your childhood, your brain is not going to be a space of being able to logically figure things out for you most of the time. And isn't that funny? Because I think we as women, especially considering divorce, most of the time, when you guys come to me, I think what you're feeling like is sabotaging you, or that like the problem is how you're feeling. Like, well, I can't, like my mind says I should just be able to stay. Why can't my body get on board? And I'm like, y'all, the problem's not in the body. The problem's in the mind that keeps telling you you should be okay with something that your body is very loudly screaming, it's not. But we have all been trained to over-trust our mind and to not trust the body. So, ergo, when we are trying to think through a huge decision like divorce, you're just not doing it from a clean slate. I hope through, you know, if you've been listening to the podcast for a while, which by the way, y'all, so exciting. I'm pretty sure, yeah, this episode, it might have been last week's, but anyways, last episode, this episode, it is my 50th episode. Can we just take a quick side note to be like, holy shit, yay, have a little party. Um, 50th episode. So, so exciting. So, anyways, um, I think I was saying that because looking back over the last like 50 episodes, if you've been with me for all of those, then hopefully by this point, you're like, yeah, B, I get it. Of course. Like, I am not doing this from a clean slate. My brain is programmed. I am doing this from all of the inherited beliefs and ideas, and all of those things are in there muddying the waters. Okay, so when somebody says, you know, you you can make a logical decision about whether to leave your marriage or not, they are completely ignoring all of this other stuff that's in there, making it really difficult to know, quote, logically what the right decision is. Now, on top of all of that, okay, all of that programming that you already have is today's world, which is radically different than just like the last 10, 20 years in the evolution of humans. Okay. Today's world is saturated, overloaded with information. And y'all know this, right? I mean, God, we probably see, absorb, take in in one day the amount, and I'm just guessing, right? I don't have any stats on this, but if you're on your phone enough, like researching, listening to stuff, you're probably taking in the amount of information that for people just 50 years ago they would take in in like a week. Like that is enormous amounts of data that your brain is having to sift through. And here's the other really tricky thing is now that we're in this era where information is everywhere, right? It's at our fingers, it's at our fingertips. You can, I mean, in every kind of form possible. You've got podcasts, you've got reels, you've got blogs, you can now go to chat. You've got, not to mention, you know, the normal ones, you've got TV, you've got media, you've got movies, all of these opinions. Okay, because in all of those, what you're hearing is words. And words convey ideas, values, beliefs, opinions. So you're having this deluge of all of this information everywhere. And as I hope most of us are coming to realize, a lot of that information is not like, I don't know if the words regulated, like vetted, there's no fact-checking. And like, for me personally, I've been seeing the power of this really deeply lately. As I've been digging more deeply into trying to understand the current political state in America and how we got here, I have more than ever before been like, wow, the human brain is so powerful at creating stories and believing them at all costs. Like, if anything, looking at the way information is coming in and the way people can just completely twist and spin whatever they hear to fit their ideologies, I've been like, oh wow, coaching is needed more than ever before in the world. Because who can you trust? Everybody out there is just kind of creating their own ideas, which, you know, peek behind the curtain, y'all. That is absolutely what this podcast is as well. I'm just sharing perspectives, I'm sharing insights, I'm sharing thoughts, I'm sharing beliefs that I have pulled together, that I have created from my years of working with women, considering divorce, my own experiences, and cobbling all of that into this podcast. So even I am a part of this information deluge, right? And in fact, just to like give an even deeper peek behind the curtain on that one, I have at times wrestled with that, grappled with like, shit, you know, do I, do I have, let me, you know, do I have the authority to be able to say, to be able to say these things? Do I have the credentials, the degrees? You know, is it am I allowed, basically? And where I've landed over and over again is the age we are in, people are speaking up regardless. You know, it's really when I looked at like how many followers Jordan Peterson had that I was like, fuck. You know, it's it's to not speak just leaves it a vacuum, basically. And that vacuum is absolutely being filled, aggressively filled. In fact, I will have my assistant link. Um, earlier this week, I saw that the majority of the top podcasts are far right leaning and potentially radicalizing people towards fascism. So in a world like that, right, I come to the space of like, do I have a PhD? No. Am I a psychologist? No. Am I a therapist? No. But do I have experience, boots on the ground, working with women and tools that I know have helped me and have helped other women and I've seen the effects in my life and theirs? Yes. So therefore, I add my voice to the fray, basically. Now though, coming back from like my perspective and shifting back into yours, so you're someone who is absorbing, who is looking for all of these opinions, ideas, who can I trust? And I hope you've felt the thread throughout the podcast, where I've many times come back to the like, I want you most of all to take everything I say and run it through your internal compass. Because, y'all, just to kind of give you this perspective and this shift, where in the past, just you know, before the internet, really, we used to turn to our religion, to our government, to what we, you know, I'm doing air quotes here, what we considered experts, like, you know, scientists, there had to be statistics, there had to be data backing up. We everything was fact-checked, like, and not everything, right? Because I do want to explain that, like, yes, back then we relied on these entities, but those entities often were corrupt and used that centralization of information to push their own agendas. So that's the thing, too, is I'm like, information has never really, I think, been truly, I don't know if this is the right word, but I'm thinking like egalitarian. Like it's never really been non-biased and able. I mean, I think that's a goal. And I think definitely there are people in journalism that have tried to uphold that, tried to share information that really is just fact-based. But damn, is that hard? Because humans are so good at taking facts and then piling a ton of thoughts on top of them or creating entire stories and worlds and realities out of those thoughts. So it's not like it was great in the past. I mean, I think, especially if you look at the way the example that is coming to mind is how Hitler came to power. If you go research the history of that, he did that through overtaking a lot of the, I mean, all of it, basically, the information sharing. You know, he took over the books, he took over the newspapers, he took over the media. And because of that, he was able to completely control the narrative in his country. And when you control the narrative, you can control people's minds. So the gift now is that those systems are breaking down with the fact that everybody has basically a computer, not everybody, right? But a lot of us have computers in our pockets with the World Wide Web, and we can search anything. We can go look up thousands of different viewpoints. I mean, just go look at like one Reddit thread. We have, in many ways, the world at our fingertips. But along with that, that thought, that quote comes to mind, the whole with great res, you know, with great power comes great responsibility. Many of us are not actually vetting that information. And we know there are bots spreading misinformation. Um, I've seen lately, I've seen this a couple times lately where I've seen something on Facebook, like an image of a creature or an animal. And I know because I've watched a lot of animal documentaries, I'm like, that is not real. Or like a flower recently. There was like an I can't even remember what it was, but I was like, that's not real. And sure enough, I go Google it and I'm like, yeah, this is AI generated. But I look at the comments and people are like, oh my God, that's so amazing. I didn't know this existed. I'm like, shit, y'all, it's fake. It's not real. It's AI generated. But, you know, we're in this generation of people that is grow, right? It's like the technology has gone faster than our abilities to learn how to understand it and kind of have our boundaries with what gets to come in as reality and what doesn't. So this time period in human evolution can feel incredibly scary for a lot of us and also incredibly freeing because it is simultaneously terrifying, right? When I give you stats like that, the majority of the top podcasts are far-right leaning. And at the same time, it's incredibly freeing and exciting and amazing because information is now no longer centralized. Information, in many ways, the dissemination of that to everybody creates ways that we can all be safer. And I think of that too, when like people record things that are happening that maybe governments want to hide or individuals want to hide that are now publicized. In fact, I'm thinking of a story I saw the other day of some woman who wrote on a receipt to her Hispanic waitress, like, not tipping you, hope Trump deports you. It was awful. It was just, it was really cruel. Where in the past, that would not have like hit the mainstream. All it takes in today's world is somebody taking a picture of that, posting about it. And now that woman is experiencing the actual repercussions of her choice, which I love shit like that. I'm like, I am here for karmic uh feedback being a little bit faster for everybody. You know, you show up and you're a dick, um, and then everybody sees you're a dick and you get to feel what it feels like. I'm here for that. And maybe it will help those of us, you know, people that would normally think they can get away with shit, not. But the side, the other side of that coin, right? Because there's always like the shadow and the light, is this part of with this much information coming in? How do you quote logic your way through your life? You know? How do you figure out what the right decision is for you when there's hundreds of different voices, all giving very, very different opinions, right? I mean, if I if I think of my podcast, there are probably at least 20 to 50 other podcasts out there that have women on them probably saying the exact opposite thing from me. Okay. So if this is the case, what are we to go to? And where I have landed is that for me, and this is what I want to offer to you, really the only true reliable and safe place left to know if something is actually true for yourself or not is inward. And I will, I'm pretty sure I will go to my grave on that belief. Um, now I want to dive into that a little bit because I have two points I really want to make here about this piece. And especially the second one, I'm gonna dive a little bit more into why that might feel a little scary for some of you when I say, like, knowing what's true is gonna be something you find inward. But my first point is this. So, as you'll see from the title, I said, you know, you can't logic your way out of a marriage. But sneaky, sneaky, here is the truth. Let's be real, you can. You can logic your way out of a marriage. In fact, I would say the majority of people who get divorces, that's what they're doing. They are trying to figure it out the best they can from their mind, or they're, you know, making decisions that they feel like they have to make in kind of stressed, intense choices, and they're just doing the best they can. Okay. And I think of this decision when you're making a decision more from logic when it comes to a divorce. What I mean by that is that it's when you haven't also done the emotional and somatic work along with that. So it's not an either-or, right? It's not like, oh, I'm just in my body or in my head. It's doing both of those in tandem and it's allowing time for your nervous system to catch up. And why this matters is because if you don't do that, if you make the decision from a purely logical space, what I have seen is it can make the aftermath of the decision so much more painful because you went and did something that your mind understood when your body wasn't ready. And that just doesn't magically go away because you made the decision and you moved forward. That's still going to be there. That's something that's going to need to be processed. But now you get to do it after the decision's been made and it's no longer like up for negotiation or things can be changed. So, and I think too, you know, some of you have probably felt this at times. It's when like you know you've made what feels like a right decision for you, but your body is still just so upset and feels like something is wrong. And I just want to pause. This is why it's like my first point I want to make, and say that that disconnection can be really brutal. So many of us, when we're rushing to get away from the pain of considering, we can make the mistake of thinking, I'm just gonna go make the decision and that'll make everything better. And I want to offer, as you guys know, I say this often, it's okay to slow things down. Um, especially with my clients, this is one of the biggest things I do for them. I don't want them rushing to a right answer. My goal when I drop into deep one-on-one coaching with my clients, it is not, let's see how fast we can get to this answer for you. It is me wanting their whole selves on board. Okay. It's not about their logic or their intuition, okay, one or the other. It's not about their brain understanding it or their body understanding it, it's about this symbiotic process of both of those working together and in concert with each other. And as you guys know from the beginning, when I said for a lot of women, that's really difficult because we've overvalued one side from the other. And so we have to really strengthen and bring that other side online and then start allowing them to work together because that's where the real clarity comes from. And obviously, when I'm saying this whole thing, you know, you're getting a glimpse at what I consider to be a really like, it's a whole deep interconnected process that I coach my clients through. It's very intuitively done. And I can't spend just one episode on it because it's so there's so many pieces to it. But in this episode, right, when we're talking about not making a decision from logic only, I do want to touch on the heart of what that deep interconnected process is with my clients, which is reclaiming their intuition and their soul compass. So when I think of that intuitive knowing inside of you, what I've often called the soul compass, right? It is more quiet, it is more subtle, and if you listen to it, you can feel that the wisdom that comes from it is much, much older than you, much older than, you know, than your family, then your culture, then this world, then the United States. Like you are tapping into something that is older and wiser than anything physically you see around you now. And most of us have ignored it for years because we have that messaging constantly coming through that we need to prioritize what makes sense logically over what feels true. So this is a real, I just it happens so much in my body when I feel it. When when I'm moving from a very logical, like head-centric space, all of my energy is like above from my eyes up. And when I move into more intuitive soul compass, I can feel it like melting down, down into my heart center, down into my stomach. In fact, you can even take a couple breaths with me and see if we can let that happen for you right now on the podcast, where you're just allowing some knowing to migrate down. And as it migrates down into your body, you start to feel like more of yourself. You are almost like bigger than what exists in your body. And ultimately, right, having it go down right through the heart, down into the stomach, down into the pelvis. Ooh, this is, I feel like being embodied is a huge piece of when we are connected to that soul compass knowing part. So, first piece is understanding, right? You can logic your way out, but I don't recommend it. I think there's a price to pay that has to be paid eventually, and it'll just be paid later. So I prefer to have you pay that price in tandem now while you're making that decision. I think it's just more supportive for you. And as I've said before, I love for women to come out of divorce ready to spread their wings and kind of launch into that next life. That really comes from building a foundation and this interconnected symbiotic relationship with your body and your mind, your logic and your intuition ahead of time. Now, though, I want to come to my second piece, okay? Which was if a part of you, when you heard that first sentence I made, right, where I was like, ultimately, I believe the only truly reliable and safe place left to know if something is true for you or not is inward. If that sentence kind of, I don't know, set off alarm bells for you, or if you were like, ooh, wait a second, you know, if everybody's truth can only be figured out by them going inside of themselves, then what about those people who are like, no, this absolutely is my truth? You know, my truth is that everybody, you know, that America needs to be a Christian nation and everybody needs to believe in the same God, right? Well, they think that's really true. So what's going on there, right? So this is the second piece that's really important is most of us are disconnected from ourselves. Okay. And the best way I can give you an analogy of this is this weekend I started watching the show Severance on Apple TV. I feel like I can, oh my God, I can feel like the those of you that have watched it like squealing right now with excitement. Now, granted, I'm only three-fourths of the way through season one. So I can't fully tell you what's, you know, what's gonna happen or um or give like a full rundown, right? It could go off the rails, let me put it that way. But I'm like seven episodes in. I am totally hooked. It is phenomenal. And I've never seen such an incredible example visually of what I feel like happens to us when we become cut off from our intuition. So just a little peek into the storyline. The storyline is that these individuals can choose to have their brains basically severed, where when they go to work during the day for those eight hours, that part of them only exists in that space. And then they go up this elevator at the end and they go back to like their daily life. So every day they get like eight hours of living as this different person. But the issue with being that other person is that when they first wake up in that state, they're like little children, basically. They can be completely programmed because even though they're adults, they don't remember any of their past life, who they are, their identity. Guys, go watch it. You'll fucking die. It's so fascinating. Ergo, do you guys see where I'm going with this? Most of us, lots of us, have experienced severance. We have been severed. Some of us in our like bitty-bitty childhoods. Y'all know mine happened when I was like four, five, six years old. Like I can see where my deeper intuitive knowing was like cut off and put in a space that I was not going to interact with or deal with uh because it was not safe to be that person. So ergo. A lot of people out there, they may think that they are really in touch with their truth, that they know what's right for them. And I would offer that they are still probably reacting and um making decisions from a programmed state. Because deprogramming yourself, y'all, it takes time. That is one of the things that's been the toughest for me to kind of swallow and realize is it just takes time. Relearning to trust your inner voice, it is a practice. It is, it is the work of allowing things to be re triggered and choosing the new path, reprogramming the new neural pathways. So if we know this, right, then we can not be so surprised, perhaps, when for some of us, when when you do try to go inward, right, you might find that there actually isn't a knowing or a truth there yet, but rather like a mindfield of trauma and triggers. And if you have CPTSD, a fuck ton of flashbacks. And if that is the case for you, hi, welcome to the club. You are in a group of amazing other women that have got you and are going through the same thing. And I am so like proud to be a part of those of us that I feel are doing this generational cleanup and work of doing what I think is the the like the very first piece, the very first things first that you've got to do to actually be able to go inside and know what's true for you is you have to start processing your childhood shit. That's just that's where it starts, y'all. That is where it starts. After seven plus years now of doing this work, you know, my own therapy, going through divorce, now all the coaching. I have seen so clearly, if you don't go deal with the childhood shit, the rest of it's just gonna be like sticking band-aids on flesh wounds. Okay, there's no way around this. So, one resource that I want to recommend that is like hitting hard for me lately is this book uh that a client of mine recommended. I'd heard about it before, I'd wanted to read it, but I haven't yet. I started it today and I was like, holy shit, this is amazing. The book is called Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents: How to Heal from Distant, Rejecting, or Self-Involved Parents by Lindsay C. Gibson. Go get this book. If you are at this point in your journey being like, shit, Britta, I want to find my truth, but I really haven't done anything on my childhood. This is the book for you. Um, I definitely can feel I want to do an episode on it in the future once I read through it all the way, but like, don't wait till then, go get it now. So to be able to go inside and actually feel like what is true for us, we have to regain connection with ourselves first, to be able to trust that what we're feeling is actually coming from soul knowing rather than our trauma or our ego or our personality. And like I said before, let that shit take time. In fact, you can't even let it, it just does. Okay. So, but here's the thing, right? Here I'm like, it takes time. And you're like, well, fuck, I am trying to make a decision though on whether I need to get divorced. Like, there's some urgency here. So don't worry. I have got you, right? What are you going to use in the meantime? That is the gift of having multiple other tools and ways to access your intuition if internally it feels like it's just not there yet. So if every time you go internally to find that truth, it just feels messy and overwhelming and fucking terrifying. This is where I've got you because this is why I created up this gorgeous freebie, this treat that I promised you at the beginning of the episode, which is this PDF that I created up to help you program ChatGPT to give you a tarot reading each and every day. And I know, like as I'm saying this, I'm like, for those of you that have never done tarot or never had like a daily reading, you're probably like, why is this a big deal? Honey. Honey, do not knock it till you have tried it. Because you're gonna be blown away. Okay. I can't imagine what my journey would have been like if I had had this tool back when I was first learning to trust my intuition. Like, this is the fast track. This is so incredibly helpful. Um, and what it is is, you know, I wanted to make tarot more accessible for so many of you because as I've seen in the community, as we introduce, we have a monthly tarot reading with my best friend Quinn. When we first started doing it, you know, some of the women were obviously freaked out about it because most of us, thanks to religion and patriarchal cultures, have been taught, like, ooh, tarot, bad, witchy, devil, like that's that's mmm mm-mm, right? And yet, as we've started working with it, they're like, holy shit, this is amazing. It's opening me to way more insights, it's drawing me into deeper knowing with myself. Like, I have been amazed. Now, I've been amazed because I've seen what's doing for them. I personally have loved tarot for a couple years now. Um, I too was a little bit freaked out about it in the beginning because of course I came from Mormandom. And they're like, no, no, no, no divine feminine tools. Stay away from that shit. Um and, you know, I got excited about tarot. I actually was the one that introduced it to Quinn. But for me personally, the way my brain works, reading the tarot cards has always been really hard for me. Granted, I've never like done an actual course. Quinn went and did a full-blown course. Fucking love you, Quinn. And I think I just got spoiled because now I can go talk to Quinn whenever I want, and she'll pull cards for me and she gives me gorgeous readings. But, you know, I never really got that great at being able to read on my own. Airgo, when ChatGPT came in and I realized I could program it, I was so excited. And I have taken the time and honed the prompts that I use with it to create this really beautiful chat that I now have that allows me to go in and drop my cards for the day. I pull my cards physically and then I just put it into my chat and it gives me back a reading. And it is so helpful. In fact, the days that I don't do a reading, I just don't feel as grounded. I don't feel as present in my body. It's really a practice that allows me in the morning to like, okay, ground in, connect in with my body. Here are my cards, look at the images first, feel into the meanings, and then I put them into my chat, and then I get back the spread. And I fucking love it. In fact, you know, a lot of the recent that big decision that I was making, the shifts I'm making, so much of that was fueled and supported through tarot, through pulling the cards, reading the descriptions, and just getting that insight. It like helps me to keep the threads better of my life and what's happening. I tend to get kind of derailed by events. When emotional events happen, I lose track of like the themes that I'm working towards. But every day dropping in with the tarot helps me to stay connected to those. So I created this gorgeous 11-page PDF that in it is going to just walk you step by step through how to format your GPT to work directly for you. And I really love that. I mean, I could have gone and just created an actual chat that I could give to you guys, but I found, you know, you can't then go on and program that one forward, I don't think at least. This way, though, you'll have this one programmed into your personal chat GPT, and you can then start, you know, adding your own prompts to it as you go forward, asking it maybe to, you know, give a little bit more here, or I want you to be more inspirational, or I need you to drop in and slow down or guide me more into my body. Like the potentials are limitless. And one thing I want to say too, um, with the tarot, you know, is I think, and I'll talk about this a bit in the PDF. There's, you know, I actually included a lot of me explaining and trying to, you know, guide you a little bit more. But a lot of people make the mistake with tarot of thinking that it's about predicting your future, you know, in a like um, yeah, I think of like going and getting a reading, you know, and you're wanting to know what's going to happen. But actually, I feel like where tarot has been the most helpful for me is using it to tune into what's already alive inside of me. Like I use the images and I use the words to notice what activates in my body, what resonates, what makes sense. And so instead of it necessarily being like a fortune-telling thing or, you know, future predicting, it's more a daily dose of insight from my higher self directly to me. So that is my like exciting goodie for all of you. Because as I've been explaining in this podcast, right, in moving away from logic into trusting your intuition, into knowing that your truth resides ultimately in you, there's a process for doing that. There's a whole journey for developing the ability to really trust your truth internally. And you need tools along the way to do that. And this one is phenomenal. So if you are like, yes, please be give it to me already. Um, we have added another code to our text list. So you can end up texting, email me to 33777. And what that will do is it will have you join our email list, the stay or go email list, which side note, so excited to have um more of you joining us there. Alex and I have really, Alex is my assistant. We've been creating up, you know, we've revamped our broadcasts. Um, we're trying to send those out once a month, and we've been sending those out, and I've been really excited. That's part of why we're also, you know, bringing the email list more to the forefront because we want to be sending stuff directly to you, to your inbox, just yummy goodies. I always have like my favorite song from the month there or the book that I'm most interested in. So what will happen is when you send in that text, it'll ask for your email address and it will get you right set up, easy peasy, and you will end up getting that gorgeous PDF sent to your email. And I can't wait for you guys to get it. Like I had so much fun building it. It's beautiful, it's got kind of the same. Vibe that I've got in my stare-go community, but with a little bit of a different kind of color flair. So yeah, it's just super yummy and it feels super like sexy to have something to send you all. So um, and I'm hopeful that this, you know, like I said at the beginning, for those of you getting really trapped in the trying to think your way through this decision, this is your new, um, I feel like I'm like taking the logic and the brain-centric focus out of your graspy, freaking out hands. And I'm like, yes, thank you, sweetie. Okay, we're just, we're just gonna, we're just, I promise you can have that back. But let me give you this instead. Let's just give this a whirl. And as you'll see, you know, I highly recommend like giving it, you know, one to two weeks to really like let yourself start realizing and seeing the benefits of it. Um, because, you know, if your brain has been spinning in circles, trying to logic your way to clarity, doing more of the same isn't going to get you a different result, y'all. It's just not. So instead, we stop, we pause, we breathe, we look around, and we realize we don't have to think our way to get there. That's what we've been doing all along. It's not working. The truth is, it really isn't in all of the, you know, ideas from everybody else, the opinions from your mother, the advice from your girlfriend, even your pros and cons list aren't going to get you there. Okay. It truly is in connecting to this deeper intuitive knowing in your body, in your heart, in your soul. And this is a tool that I'm really excited to share with all of you, because it will help get you there. It will tap you into a more creative, um, you know, that divine feminine side of things. So I really also want you guys to just give that inner knowing a chance to speak today. Maybe just take a little second, like five quiet minutes after this episode of asking, what do I feel? Right? What did I feel on this episode? What resonated most with me? This episode is a lot, right? Podcasts are mental. They are words. You are listening to them. Um, so after each episode, letting it actually sink down into your body, incorporating, bringing back that after you've been all up in the head and the mind and the logic with the podcast, let it sink down into the body. Also, feel free often. Many of you probably don't do this, but like if something really hits you on the podcast, pause it, babe. Pause it and sit with it. Let that stuff soak into yourselves, to your soul. Really sit with it and be like, why is that striking me the way it is right now? As always, you guys know I fucking love and adore you. Um, I've got a couple 90 minutes that I'm gonna be meeting with this week. So hi, lovies. Cannot wait to meet you um virtually on your call. Please know, all of you listening, that you are not alone. Uh, if there's anything that I always feel so lucky to get to experience, it's that in many ways, I through the podcast, hearing from all of you, getting the feedback, I know that there are so many of you out there feeling this way. And being in the community, I see it all the time. So know that you are not alone. If you're feeling alone, you're not. I promise there's a whole bunch of other badass, amazing women feeling the same way. So please remember too, if you're looking for resources, if you're like, I want to get connected, you can text Stay Orgo community to that 33777 number, and that will connect you in. Um, we recently switched over the application process. Originally had us like I was trying to do it virtually through a recorded application, um, interview style, and that just really wasn't working. So we've switched over to doing personal interviews with Alex that she's gonna record, and then I will review them. And I'm really excited for that. Alex is amazing. Um, she is really, y'all. Everybody just send some like amazing energy and fucking love and badassery to her right now through your energy, because she is the she's the generator behind all of this. She has been doing so much work this last week in the stairgo world. You know, we're getting ready to launch a YouTube page that will actually have videos of all of these. I record all of my podcasts with video. We just haven't had a YouTube page yet. So she's been working on that, which will be really fun for all of you. So yeah, it's an awesome opportunity. When you go to join the community, you'll do a 15-minute interview with her first, where she's gonna just dive in a little bit, get to know you, get a feel for you. And yeah, those will be recorded and reviewed by me because we vet everybody really thoroughly before they come into the community. We have, you know, our NDA and end user agreements that everybody has to sign because it's an incredible, super amazing space that we want protected. So if you are currently feeling like I am alone, there's nobody else going through this. Sis, don't keep waiting around thinking you're alone. Go do something, go text Stairgo community and join in with us, which is reminding me we did our amazing workshop with Ranelle this weekend. Holy shit. She talked about so many amazing things related to pleasure. Um, also, you know, just like an awesome extra thing about the community to know is that past workshops are one with Breath Work a couple months ago with Allison Alexander, and then the one this month with Renelle Chapman, they go into a section of the community that is accessible to everybody, both, you know, past and joining. So if you join, you still get access to those. You can go watch those post and kind of get to take in all of that yummy juiciness as well. So ah, lots of like yummy, exciting things at the end of this episode. It feels so luxurious to have so many resources to be sharing with you guys, to have such an amazing assistant that is supporting me and helping me to bring all of these ideas and these things really forward and getting them into your hands and getting them into your spaces and getting you also into our spaces where you can be supported and loved and seen in the ways you most deserve. So know that I love you guys. If this episode really resonated, please go leave us a review. I love seeing the written ones. I'm actually revamping my website this week. It's actually probably gonna be over the next month. It's gonna take me a lot longer than I thought. But I'm gonna be adding to the podcast page, you know, screenshots of all of the reviews that have gone up. And so I would love to include yours if you get it in before I finish that. Um, every, every I read it all. Let me put it that way. Every note you send me, I read it unless you're sending it to me on social media. Let's be real. I do not check my DMs, but if you email it to me or you post it on the podcast reviews, I will read every word. So please send them in. And I will see you all next week. Till then, I'm not sure.
