đHow to Get More Brain Power, Energy and Calm with Adaptogenic Mushrooms
Welcome back to The Microdose Diet a podcast about personal and professional growth using alternative medicines, such as microdosing psychedelics. đ
I usually write about âmagicâ mushrooms and their ability to rewire our brain and calm our nervous system. However, adaptogenic mushrooms are pretty amazing too!
Adaptogenic mushrooms are a group of fungi known for their potential to help the body adapt to stress and maintain balance. These mushrooms, such as reishi, chaga, cordyceps, and lion's mane, are typically used in traditional medicine practices, particularly in Asian cultures.
You can find them at your regular health store. I would not recommend buying supplements online due to high percentage of counterfeits. I take adaptogenic mushrooms, as tinctures, everyday mixed in my morning smoothie. You can also consume adaptogenic mushrooms as teas, and capsules.
Edibles often combine psilocybin (magic mushrooms) with adaptogens to boost their respective effect. A classic combination is psilocybin + lionâs mane to improve cognitive abilities. If you want to learn more about the microdosing products I am working on, check out my website and put yourself on the waitlist.
Adaptogens are considered non-psychoactive, meaning they do not produce hallucinogenic or mind-altering effects. Instead, they support overall well-being, boost the immune system, and provide various health benefits.
Letâs check out the awesome benefits adaptogenic mushrooms can bring you!
