A mom of three boys under the age of 5. Whoa, right? It’s a tough a$$ job. I’d say the toughest out there! The How, Where and Why is a huge part of where I am today and I want to share it with you. Join me on my podcast journey as I talk about my struggles and joys of motherhood, pregnancy/birth, postpartum highs/lows and maternal mental health. There will also be special focus on topics such as family dynamics, generational trauma and raising biracial kids in a modern day society including special guests who will be featured to talk about parenthood in this generation and more.
