Charlotte Jones is a dedicated and accomplished mental health professional with over 22 years of experience in the field. Charlotte is the Executive Director and Lead Clinical Therapist at Cultivating Minds Counseling Group. Charlotte has a passion for helping others thrive, and she will shed light on the root causes of self-sabotage, how it impacts our mental health, and share practical tools to help us overcome it. She is a 2x Alumni of Jacksonville State University (GAMECOCKS), of which she holds a Master's Degree in Community Agency Counseling along with an undergraduate Degree in Criminal Justice.
