ADHD Untangled
Have you ever felt the need to change who you are in order to fit?
me too!
After years of trying to be everything and everyone—party girl, housewife, rebel, addict, yogi (you name it)—I realised none of it worked. Why? Because I wasn’t broken, and I didn’t need fixing.
Welcome to the ADHD Untangled Podcast, where we ditch the masks, embrace who we really are, and stop trying to fit into boxes that were never made for us.
I’m Rosie Turner, an accredited ADHD coach, certified ADHD trainer in the wellness industry, yoga & Pilates instructor, and founder of The ADHD Movement.
Getting diagnosed with ADHD later in life finally made sense of the chaos—like 8 failed driving tests, impulsive life decisions, and a rollercoaster of trying to survive in the corporate world. Now, I’ve dedicated my life to supporting the ADHD & Autistic community and helping wellness professionals embrace their differences while making a real difference.
This podcast brings together my two passions: movement and ADHD. We’ll dive into real stories from real people, expert advice from the wellness world, and talk about how we can use ADHD as our superpower.
So, what are you waiting for? Let’s untangle your ADHD and show the world what you’re really made of.

S4 E12 - Untangling ADHD: Beyond Limits – Disability, Accessible Yoga & Resilience with Fiona Callanan
Ever told yourself you can’t?
You can’t focus.
You can’t achieve anything because you’re inconsistent.
You can’t stick with things—you always quit.
You can’t be trusted because you’re too forgetful.
You can’t chase that dream.
You can’t find that love.
You can’t go to that yoga class.
You can’t climb that mountain.
Sound familiar?
Living with ADHD, we’re constantly told what we can’t do—by the world and by ourselves. But what about what we can do because of our differences?
Today, we're joined by the incredible Fiona Callanan—aka The Bionic Rocket Woman. By day, she’s a high-flying international lawyer. By passion, she’s a yoga teacher on a mission to make movement accessible to all.
She proves that the only real limitation we have is the one in our minds.
After surviving the 2004 Boxing Day tsunami and losing her leg, Fiona didn’t let that define her—she redefined herself. Yoga transformed her view of disability into strength, and now she’s on a mission to make movement accessible to everyone. 🌟
In this episode, we dive into:
🧘♀️ How yoga helped Fiona embrace her body in a whole new way
💪 Why resilience is built through curiosity, not just grit
🚀 The power of saying yes—but also knowing when to say no
🌎 Why movement is for everybody (even if you think it’s not for you)
So, ready to break through your own limitations? Fiona’s here to show you how to unlock your strength and freedom, no matter where you're starting from.
