As we begin to slowly and intentionally step into 2023, I wanted to open up this space and allow some of the women I've had the pleasure of working with share their lived in experience. Today, Jordan Kempton will be joining us. I have had the privilege of being a mentor of Jordan and as I've witnessed her returning to the magic that she is, I knew I wanted to have her on. As long as Jordan can remember, all she wanted was to be a wife and a Mom, but as her dream began to crumble, she threw herself into a career in the corporate world. While juggling being a single Mom of an 18 month old and going through a divorce, she wanted to be the best and relentlessly pursued becoming a CEO. However, there was something brewing under the surface that started to rear it's timely end; the death of the Boss Babe. While she watched the transformation that took place in my life, Jordan quickly realized she was done. After years of spinning her wheels down to the metal, Jordan threw up her white flag of surrender and began to cultivate an honest, reclaimed and happy life. Let's dive in!
