Exercise and Pregnancy

Nicole Gould Season 1 Episode 2

Every body and every pregnancy is so different, and there's a lot of outdated information out there when it comes to exercise. Let's help to change that!

Whether you are pregnant, trying to conceive, planning to conceive or postpartum, there's something in this episode for you. Or maybe you're a fitness professional wanting to know a bit more about exercise during pregnancy. Or someone in your life is pregnant and you're wanting to learn more to support and connect with them on their journey. In this episode I'll cover the updated guidelines for physical activity during pregnancy from Health Canada, break down some things to be mindful of by trimester, and talk about my own experiences (the good, the bad, the ugly). I also throw in a couple helpful resources.

I want to hear about your experiences, the things that YOU want to talk about that no one talks about. Also, drop me any fitness pre or postnatal related questions, if I don't know I can refer you to some experts that I trust.

Thank you for listening, and remember you're not alone!
