[00:00:00] Katie Bell: This episode super quick from me this week because I have a message for you if you are sitting on the fence when it comes to attending clinic growth live and whether you are or whether you are not, and that's the decision that you've got to make.

[00:00:40] Okay, I'm gonna be really honest with you in this episode. If you've been thinking about coming to clinic growth live, you've looked at the page, you've maybe even clicked the link, and you still haven't booked your ticket, then this episode is for you. I don't wanna convince you, but I want to challenge you.
[00:00:58] I want to challenge your [00:01:00] thinking on today's episode because the reason you haven't booked is nothing to do with the event. It's really easy to say often in the world of business that it's, I'm too busy. I'll do it later. I've got a fully booked diary on that day. I'll just need to check my diary. I'm gonna see how things go, but let's just pause there because these are the exact same patterns and the reason that your clinic is where it is right now, [00:01:30] said with the hugest amount of respect.
[00:01:33] If you find yourself saying yes to everything, you're stuck in. Back to that patience. You are not creating any space to think, you are not making big decisions, but then you are left wondering why nothing changes, why things still feel hard, why you feel like you're busier than ever. It's because you are rep, you are just having a repeat of those patterns that is keeping you where you are today.
[00:01:59] I really [00:02:00] remember this clearly in my own journey as well, and it was at the point where the clinic was really busy. We had patients coming in, but I was exhausted. I was absolutely like on my last legs and I kept telling myself like, okay. I'm just gonna get through this week and then I'm gonna recalibrate the weekend.
[00:02:18] I'm gonna get all my shit together. I'm gonna get all my admin done. And when things calm down, then I'll be able to step back. I've got more time, I'll be able to think about growth. And do you know what happened? Absolutely [00:02:30] nothing because things never calmed down. You don't magically get any time. You don't you have to be purposeful in creating it the biggest shifts in my business have always come from when I get myself out of the day to day and I put myself in the right rooms. And often it can feel uncomfortable, it can feel daunting, it can feel like you're not gonna know anybody. You're gonna feel like you're the worst person in the room.
[00:02:56] You're gonna feel like you're the only one that is, hasn't got all their shit [00:03:00] together. And I promise you that is not the case. But if you. Continue to repeat those exact same patterns or have those exact same excuses, then nothing is gonna change. The definition of insanity is doing the same things over and over again and expecting different results.
[00:03:16] So let's actually talk about what's really going on here. When I hear I can't step away from the clinic or you can't leave your clinic for one day. This really. [00:03:30] Means that you have a that you don't have a business, you actually have a job. And you're probably the worst pay paid employee in that job as well.
[00:03:36] And nothing is gonna change until you step out of it. And I'm not just telling you this from a place of, oh it's all right for you. Like every time I've stepped out my business, it's made more money. So I want you to really ask yourself, have I got a business or have I got a job? If I don't. Work in it.
[00:03:54] Does my revenue drop if I take some holiday? Does my revenue drop? And therefore, [00:04:00] your ultimately your take home pay is affected. Maybe it's money. Maybe you are saying, I can't justify the ticket price. Let's flip that. What is it costing you to stay exactly where you are right now and. Like another three months of overworking, of undercharging, of not growing, of feeling like you're being pulled from pillar to post, not being present at home, juggling all of your notes at 10:00 PM at night, constantly being on your phone when you are away, or maybe that you've managed to put [00:04:30] your phone down.
[00:04:30] But when you get either the dread of opening those emails when you get back on what you are facing is all far more expensive than a ticket to an event like this. Maybe it's fear. What if I go. And I don't follow through on any of the things that they're gonna tell me to do. Good. That means that you care.
[00:04:48] If you're fearing that, it means you care and you want to change. And it's also exactly why you need to be in the room because the style of the day is not just about information, it's about environment. It's [00:05:00] about putting yourself in a place where you are actually gonna get stuff done. I'm gonna give you a lot of permission to stop doing a lot of things as well on the day, and that's gonna feel very refreshing.
[00:05:10] I want you to feel like you leave the room. With stuff implemented, with things already happening in your business. Maybe it's identity, maybe it's the feeling of I don't know if this is for me. I'm not at that level yet. What if everybody's bigger than me? What if everybody's got their shit together?
[00:05:28] You don't become that level [00:05:30] and then take action. You have to take action to become that person. It is gonna feel uncomfortable for some of you to step into that room, but that's exactly why you need to step into that room. The clinic owners that we see growing right now, when I say growing, what I mean here is taking more income protecting their take home pay, getting some time back.
[00:05:54] Going back to doing hobbies and things that they've, forgotten all about when they've been running their clinic. Feeling more [00:06:00] successful female, more confident. Growth is a word that we assume with more revenue. I couldn't give a fly monkeys about how much revenue you make. It's about how much profit your business makes and how much take home pay you can actually have.
[00:06:12] It's about sustainability. It's about consistency. So the ones that we see growing, whether that's hitting 10 KA month, 20 K, 30 K, 50 k plus, they're not smarter than you. They're not luckier than you. They're just making decisions differently. They [00:06:30] get in rooms, they invest earlier, they take action faster, and they really stop waiting to feel ready.
[00:06:37] And most importantly. They understand that stepping away from their business is actually part of growing. So what is clinic growth live? What the heck is it? Clinic growth live is not just another seminar or another conference in a smelly hotel room that stinks of chips. You are not coming to sit and listen.
[00:06:56] You are coming to. Think fast. Its [00:07:00] time in months. You're coming to get clarity on what actually needs to change, what you don't need to be working on, what you do need to be working on. You are coming to get a plan that you can implement immediately. And you're coming also to be surrounded by people who are really done with winging it, who are overworking, who feel like they are just staying stuck or they've hit that ceiling and it's gonna be full of a room of people who are ready to move.
[00:07:29] If you [00:07:30] are already in and you've got your ticket and you're just listening to this episode because you wanna, then you'll be in a WhatsApp group and there is already help and support going on within that group and people reaching out. Making connections, helping each other. This is a real kind of shift in the way our industry does things, and I want us to feel very supported in our industry rather than feeling very alone.
[00:07:53] So if you've been sitting on the fence, this is your moment to decide, like not next week, not when [00:08:00] things calm down now, because the version of you that grows this year. Is the ones that makes decisions like this. So I encourage you, I urge you, I dare you to come and join us at Clinic Growth Live on March the 27th.
[00:08:18] If you have got a day that is fully booked with clients, then I challenge you to move them to cancel them, because if you don't, you are making a short-term decision that is not [00:08:30] going to impact your long-term gain. Don't think that in another three months time things are gonna have changed 'cause they won't have done.
