On today’s episode we sit down with sisters, Jeri Weaver Kelley, Board Vice President/Co-Owner & Jennifer Weaver Kondracki, Chairman of the Board/Co-Owner with Weave Industries. They discuss what it was like growing up and working with their dad in the family business, a historically male dominated industry of trucking, mining, construction, oilfield services, and more. On this episode we discuss their career journey and what brought them back to the family business after years away working in Boston in corporate America.
