My mission is to empower the First Generation Latinx community to achieve financial stability and freedom through personal finance education, resources, and support. I aim to provide financial education that is culturally relevant to the struggles that First Gen Latinx face, to help build strong financial foundations and make informed decisions. By advocating for a community of financial empowerment, I strive to create a future where all Latinx have the tools and knowledge to achieve their financial goals and build generational wealth.
Who is Violeta Sandoval?
Violeta is a first generation Mexican Immigrant. She is the creator of MoneyChisme, a platform geared to teaching the Latino/Latinx & POC community, personal finance, real estate investing, and entrepreneurship. Her mission is to help the community gain financial independence and financial freedom and start building wealth.
Violeta is a real estate investor of over 9 years, and an entrepreneur. She started her journey after joining the military, and currently still serves as a Naval Officer. She purchased her first home in 2014, and “househacked” it. She then leveraged that home to build her real estate portfolio. She now earns over $50k in passive income and growing. She hopes that by sharing her journey, other Latinx & POC will become inspired to start real estate investing.

Lillian "LILLY" Hernandez, owner of Transaction CARE. Born and raised, and fortunate to still live in San Francisco, CA.
I’m an Aries, a Business Owner, Real Transaction Coordinator, Podcast Host, YouTuber, Content Producer, active Beyhive Member, Full Time Aunty and so much more.
I’ve worked in Real Estate since 2004 wearing different hats, and through several different markets.
My goal is to demystify the business of Real Estate, and to provide you with the keys to thrive.
