Franko Heke: The Journey from Rockstar to Promoting Unity and learning along the way
Today was joined by friend, muscian, and a truly epic human being Franko Heke. As a musican Franko is known for his unique fusion of mantra and reggae ‘Cosmic Kirtan’. Influenced by Xavier Rudd, Michael Jackson, Guns N' Roses, Cat Stevens, Krishna Das, and Metallica, Franko's music career has taken him on tours across Japan and the USA. He transitioned from a rock'n'roll lifestyle to one that empraced meditation, yoga, and breathwork. Through his music and workshops, Franko seeks to raise consciousness and promote unity, drawing on his Māori heritage and ancient mantras.
Today's discussion was sparked at this years Bali Spirit Festival as we chatted about what it means to be a man, relating with woman and the journey showing up more fully in life and learning from all of our life experiences along the way.
