What is Neurodiversity? What does it look like in the workplace and what are the challenges for ADHDers at work? This week I'm diving in deep with Professional ADHD Coach, Claire Twomey, about finding our strengths as ADHDers. Its been estimated that by the age of 12, children with ADHD receive 20,000 more negative messages about themselves than their peers who do not have ADHD. We talk about how this statistic carries us through life and the importance of reprogramming the narrative. Claire offers some great insight as to how to uncover your strengths as an ADHDer. Claire Twomey is a Professional Advanced ADHD Coach with over 350 training hours and 1,0000 client hours. She was diagnosed with ADHD herself 8 years ago in her late 20's. She works with teens and adults on a 1:1 and group basis online. With a background in social care, she uses a combination of therapeutic approaches, spiritual practices and coaching skills to empower clients to return to their authentic selves. Her accreditations include ACCG, PCC and PCAC.
