Over the last month we've watched our 4 year old have less and less emotional outbursts. When we realized it, I decided to think about what happened in the last month to create these changes. What I realized was that my husband and I are ensuring we take time for ourselves, we are taking care of ourselves and I believe it's creating an effect for everyone in the house. We are noticing this shift most notably in our 4 year old, but it is helping all of us!
