Ladies, we are naturally busy people.

Moms, wifes, employees, supervisors, etc. etc. etc.

It's easy to fall into overwhelm and feel like we are falling behind in life.

When you understand that life ebbs and flows, and you can ride that wave life becomes easier.

Recently I was in a state of focusing on family over work. I had to constantly talk myself out of feeling behind, and focus on the priority in the moment. When I did that, and space opened up I was able to clearly move forward into something else.

When you attempt to push through the work is far from your best, it's forced, it's difficult and it doesn't feel good at all. Sometimes we need to push things that are not priorities aside and know when the time is right they'll be there for us.

Listen in to see how I did this, and will continue to do this!!
