Brea Starmer is the Founder of Lions+Tigers, a marketing and strategy consultancy building a bridge to the future of work. 

In 2018, Brea started the firm in response to a need she identified as a senior consultant and mom of two young boys: flexible, fractional high-impact work. Her team of 50+ serve clients like Microsoft and Google. 

Brea is most passionate about helping people thrive in their “highest and best use” through courageous action. When she’s not with her boys, you can find Brea living the Lions+Tigers mission from her backyard She Shed office outside of Seattle, WA.
