In 2018 I quit my full-time job because I wanted to live my life on my terms. I didn't want to be tied to a desk, I wanted to have freedom of time to pick my kids up from school without needing or requiring after school care. I wanted to take them to the park in the summer in the middle of the day on a Wednesday simple because I wanted to.
It wasn't just about creating my own business, but finding a way to live my life on my terms. To find a work/life balance that fulfilled my needs as a working mom.
