Every year we celebrate the First Christmas—the birth of Jesus Christ in Bethlehem as the suffering Servant. But Scripture points us to an even greater day ahead: the Second Christmas, when Jesus returns as the conquering King to gather His Church and usher us into eternal glory. The Bible promises that the Lord will descend with a shout, the dead in Christ will rise, and those who remain will be caught up together with Him (1 Thessalonians 4:16–17). While we rightly celebrate Christ’s birth at Christmas—and honor Him every day—our hearts and eyes must remain fixed on His glorious return. In this episode, we look beyond the manger to the throne and explore why the Second Christmas will be the most joyful celebration the world has ever known.
