As we honor the sacrifices of those who gave their lives in service to our country, we are reminded to reflect on our own lives and ask an important question: What will our memorial be?

In this episode of Proclamation Station, we examine the account of the woman who poured expensive perfume on Jesus in Matthew 26:6–13. While others criticized her sacrifice, Jesus declared that her act of love and devotion would be remembered wherever the Gospel is preached. More than two thousand years later, His words have proven true.

Together, we explore what it means to live purposefully for Christ, why faithful service is sometimes misunderstood by others, and how the lives we touch may become the memorials we leave behind. Whether or not our names are remembered by history, our actions can leave a lasting impact on our families, our communities, and the Kingdom of God.

Listen now and be encouraged to give your best to the Master and consider the question: What will your memorial be?
