Emer O’Donnell lives in England and is the Founder of a coaching business called TeenReconnect. Originally from Ireland, Emer studied Psychology at University College Dublin, and after twenty years of experience working internationally for global organizations, she completed her MSc as a Behavioural Change Coach at Henley Business School, in the UK.

She is also a co-creator of the Q Pathfinder a digital resource she uses in her work that explains what makes each of us unique in the way we behave and applies it to six key areas young people said they wanted help with, as well as being the author of 'Understanding Teens Stress & Anxiety; A Parent's Guide To Building Love & Connection'.

In this episode host Jake White and Emer O’Donnell dive into her book and talk about what blocks our communication with teens, a negative cycle that some can find ourselves in and more about the teenage brain. They also share tips on connecting well and how we can use this information to help students make better decisions around drug use.
