Send us a text

At 18 years old, Evan Birch began his career with emergency services in Alberta. Twenty years later, after saving countless lives and not yet the ripe old age of 40, he has learned to not only accept his PTSD diagnosis, but how to "run" the gauntlets imposed by the injury.

Evan joins the show to discuss a little about his pre-PTSD journey, with more focus  about his work to mitigate the symptoms by facing them head on and engaging in ultra running. Learn also why he'll never again ask someone how they are feeling...
