Patrick talks about his expertise in the different realm’s of physical activity, exercise, and how each relate to your health/well being.
This will be a 2-part series, with this episode being 1 of 2, where we discuss the 5 different components, how they relate to health and fitness differently and the beginnings of how we go about testing them. Episode 2 will dive into the prescription component of each, how to get started and ultimately move forward to a better version of yourself.
