There many Pros and Cons when its comes to operating a business small or large.  Depending your qualifications and experience, you may consider working for either a smaller business or a large corporation.  Working for a small business will give you the opportunity to showcase the skills and work experience you have obtained over the years. Working for a a larger conglomerated company will provide policies, structure and order. 

Depending on where you fit there is never a right or wrong answer when choosing to work for either a small or large company.
