It's your first day of working in the capacity of a Security Guard....How was your first day? Did you receive the proper training? Were your expectations of Security the way you expected it to be? Did you get into Security to help aid you through becoming a Law Enforcement Officer? In this weeks podcasts, we all have had our first day and may have expected a lot more out of working private security.  Many of the Security Guards out there have been unregulated and may not always be accountable for their actions and which in turns drives the industry down.
