In this episode I’ll be visiting with Luke Reese at the Jay C. Hormel Nature Center. We talk a little about the Friends of the Nature Center Annual Meeting, which is taking place this weekend, and also about the impacts of the emerald ash borer infestation, both at the Nature Center and across the city, and what actions are being taken to mitigate the damage and remove dead trees.

Then a visit with Steve Barrett at the Austin Area Foundation. We have more information about the For The Love Of Austin event and also talk about partnerships that help the Foundation continue to grow.

And finally, a conversation with Nancy Schnable and her special guest Jamey Helgeson from Life Mower County. We will share information about three large fundraising events coming up in the near future that help keep Life Mower County running and serving their clients in Austin and Mower County.
