In this episode I’ll be visiting with Nancy Schnable at Discover Austin. Nancy’s special guests this week are four talented young ladies from the Mower County CEO program. They stopped by to fill us in on a very special concert coming up in two weeks: Local Legends; featuring Martin Zellar, Molly Kate Kestner, and Riley Olson. We also take some time to learn about the businesses these young people have created..

Then I’ll stop out at the Jay C. Hormel Nature Center and talk with Luke Reese about the Winter Survival classes that are being taught to area eighth graders.

And finally a conversation with Steve Barrett at the Austin Area Foundation. We’ll talk a little about the upcoming For The Love of Austin event and also the importance of audits.
