In this episode I’ll be visiting with Nancy Schnable, Executive Director of Discover Austin. Her special guest this week is Ben Klankowski from the Knights of Columbus. The Knights have a number of events going on that help support Pacelli Catholic Schools. We’ll hear all about them in just a few moments.

Then I visit with Luke Reese, Director of the Jay C. Hormel Nature Center. Registration for summer classes will begin soon. Luke will let you know how to be prepared to make sure your family ahs the best opportunity to get into the classes that you are interested in. And we'll learn about the summer mentee program.

And then in my bi weekly conversation with the Austin Area Foundation I visit with Steve Barrett, Executive Director of the Foundation and Phil Burkhart, Operations Manager for the Austin Symphony Orchestra. Austin is very fortunate to have such a wonderful orchestra and we’ll hear about their next concert featuring guest soloist, Rachel Barton Pine.
