In this episode I’ll visit with Lisa Deyo at Sweet Reads Bookstore and her guest Wendy Webb, a Gothic Suspense author. We’ll find out about gothic suspense and what drew her to the genre.

Then I visit the Austin Public Library to talk with Julie Clinefelter. We talk about the final days of the summer reading program and the transition into the back to school time of year.

I also stop out to Austin Utilities to visit with General Manager Mark Nibaur and Melissa Swenson about the celebration of Austin Utilities' 125th Anniversary.
