Aaron Graf
Aaron Graf was the Co-Founder of LG Fairmont, a real estate brokerage in NYC that merged with Compass is 2022.
At the helm of $1,7 Billion in real estate sales, Aaron has extensive experience in the real estate industry. He originated, underwrote, and closed hundreds of millions of dollars in production as a construction lender. As a real estate developer, he completed multiple successful market rate condo projects in New York City, as well as multiple affordable housing projects using Low Income Housing Tax Credits. He also executed the wind down of failed banking institutions in conjunction with the FDIC totaling more than $500 million dollars of assets. Finally, Aaron has experience in deal structuring in the Venture Capital and Private Equity space.
Aaron Graf has an MBA from Columbia Business School where he was a Toigo Fellow, and an undergrad degree from Keyon College where he was a Merit Scholar.
