Welcome, welcome, welcome to another edition of the Pine Pony Podcast. A special edition, an in person, live, in the studio, if you will, edition. Yes. We got Tiger here with us. Hello, hello. Happy to be here from KC. We got the OG and Fantasy Uncle, as always. Howdy, howdy.
pershin:Glad to be back. Glad to have what I think is our first show in person.
Jason:All of us in the same room, yeah.
pershin:Yeah, and friend of the pod, Tiger Liggins, here to give his takes as well.
Jason:Another Chiefs fan, boo. No, so many of those these days. Hateration, people, hateration. Funny
pershin:how there's so many of those these days. Yeah, well I
Jason:mean, funny how you used to be a Cowboys fan too.
tiger:Funny how I lived in KC
Jason:for about 30 years. Alrighty then, he does live
tiger:there.
Jason:Well, anyway, let's we got we're going to recap all the college football in the playoff race as it stands in some of the NFL games. So let's go ahead and start the show.
The Pied Pony Podcast.
Jason:All right. So let's take a look at the college football playoff. Or games last week in college football. A lot of upsets again this week Persians favorite except for Colorado was upset.
pershin:Got spanked. Yeah, they did.
Jason:By
pershin:KU. It's actually the only thing I checked in on, so I'm, I'm gonna need you guys to kinda keep me abreast here. I imagine things got much clearer as far as the playoff picture goes.
Jason:Some things did, some things only got crazier. Yes, for two guys in the room. Yeah, so, right off the bat, we had Indiana to the first real test. Ohio State, they got spanked. I think it was like 38 to 15. Yeah, see, last week we were,
pershin:last week we were wondering, are they, are they fraudulent? Are they real? We're going to find out. Yeah, I
Jason:think they're still fraudulent, but they could still get in. Yeah. Penn State barely, barely wins to keep their playoff hopes alive. They won 26 to 25 over the Minnesota, what are they? The Golden Gophers. Golden Gophers, that's
tiger:right. Golden Gophers.
Jason:And then sadly, Army gets their first loss against Notre Dame. They got spanked 49 14. Oh my goodness, wow. Spoiler
tiger:alert, I think that dropped them out of the playoff rankings. Oh, that's tough. I
pershin:mean, it probably should. Yeah. If the
tiger:first test you get spanked like that, like, sorry. Hey, drop Indiana out. That opens up a spot for Clemson and South Carolina. We'll see what happens.
Jason:Moving on, Alabama received their third loss for like the first time since like I can't
pershin:wait to see the excuses while they still get in, man. They're still getting in. They're gonna BS some excuse, man.
Jason:Yeah, this is crazy. Florida pulled off another upset. They beat Ole Miss. It's 2 1. How
pershin:many losses does Florida have?
Jason:Five.
tiger:Oh, jeez. They had the toughest strength of schedule in the country to start the season. They started off pretty bad. Some of their wins have been
pershin:legitimately impressive. They're just I don't know, man. They're extremely inconsistent, apparently.
Jason:Boise State almost ruined their chances to get in. Wyoming took them to the wire. 17 13 final. Ashton Janty, man. He cannot
tiger:be stopped. He can't be stopped.
Jason:My favorite win of the weekend. Arizona State upsetting BYU to, essentially, in my opinion, I mean, Yeah, they have to beat Arizona this week coming, but they're in the big, the, what is it? The Big 12 title game. So they're in the Big 12 title game. Know if they lose. If they win this game next week, they're in the Big 12 title game. Who would've thought Arizona State? Who would've thunk it? The Sun Devils. Yeah. And then who
pershin:would've thunk it up?
Jason:Texas. Losing Texas. Texas a and m. Texas a and m. Losing to losing to Auburn. 43 to 41. Wow. Yeah. Crazy game. They had to go a shootout.
tiger:They had to go to a two point conversion fourth overtime for that. Oh, a classic barn burner. Let's get it on the planes. They did it. They thing the a and m and they thanked them. Kansas
Jason:knocking off Colorado, Kansas getting another win. The Jayhawks are for real. The
tiger:surge. Dude, they're surging. Oh man. Lance Light pulled, has got those Jayhawks Resurging. The Nerfaloes.
Jason:Yep. And then the round out Iowa State Missouri and Illinois keeping whatever slim chances they have alive with their wins. But with that, let's get into the current top 25 as of tonight and the college football playoff prediction based on rankings as of right now.
pershin:So, I'm guessing that this leaves teams like the Buffaloes, who I'm now going to refer to as the Nerfaloes, and Indiana, they're definitely out. Indiana's out. Well, so let's go
Jason:through, let's go through top 12. Oregon, Ohio State, Texas, Penn State, Notre Dame, Miami, Georgia, Tennessee, SMU, Indiana, Boise State, and then Clemson, and the AP, AP Top 12 is pretty much the same, just a couple things in different orders. I'm surprised
pershin:Indiana is still that high.
Jason:The current projected college football playoff seating would have the first four with buys would be Boise State. Oregon, Miami, and Texas, leaving the, what is that, the Big Ten, the Big Ten out of the bye. And then your first round match ups would be No, that
tiger:would keep
Jason:the,
tiger:Big Twelve.
pershin:Wait, what's the Big Ten team that's represented?
Jason:Oregon. Yeah, that's right, Big Twelve. Big Twelve. Yeah. And then, so the first round match ups would be number seven, Notre Dame versus number ten, SMU. Number six Penn State versus 11 Indiana, Georgia number eight versus number nine Tennessee, and then number five Ohio State versus number 12 Arizona State. Yeah, so there you have it.
pershin:So then, Indiana still in the mix to get in.
Jason:Well so, it's a good loss. Now we'll see,
pershin:I feel like we'll look at,
Jason:we'll look at who and how. Okay, they could get in. So we'll go ahead and start with the Big Ten. So Oregon plays Washington. Even if they lose, it doesn't matter. They've already clinched. They're going to the title game. Ohio State has Michigan. They have to win and they're in. If they lose, they could still get in that large bid. Indiana is playing Purdue, which helps because they suck. Purdue sucks. So they need OSU to lose to get it to get into the conference title game But they could also get the at large bid which is what we're seeing already They're already in the position right and in Penn State the fourth team in this mix Needs Indiana and Ohio State to lose to get a conference game, but Could still get they're obviously already in the college football as we're talking now
tiger:Do you know so it is Penn State? They only have one loss to Ohio State. So how is I guess? How are they? Theoretically behind Indiana then
pershin:that's what I'm saying for
tiger:the for the for the big for the big ten So my because it comes to tiebreakers and what is their tiebreaker? Yeah And that's, this is just in terms of the Big Ten I'm speaking about. Because they're clearly ranked above Indiana. Which, as they should be.
pershin:Yeah, so, like, my personal take with the Indiana thing is that, They, I feel like they should have gotten penalized more for this loss because My understanding is that they really just haven't played anybody and so osu Is like okay, you finally get tested, but then you lose so I mean That's got to be bad. I understand. It's not quite as bad as army who You kind of already assume might be fraudulent. Mm hmm. But, still, it's not like they're a powerhouse school with its huge legacy. They're known for basketball, and so they finally have a good year in football. And They play one good team and they lose. I mean, I feel like that should be pretty, that should look worse than what they're representing. So they're
Jason:comparing, the first tiebreaker is compared head to head matchups during regular season, which both of them only lost to OSU. Then they would be compared on record against all common conference opponents. So
tiger:Ohio State, once again, they both lost. Well,
Jason:we're talking Penn State, Indiana.
tiger:Like who else do they play at the conference? So then it
Jason:goes to tie teams will be compared based on record against common opponents with the best conference record. So it goes to, then it basically just goes to how many, what's your winning percentage, what's your, your, your opponents winning percentage within the division. Yeah. So basically Indiana's got a, I somehow got a better.
pershin:Well, Penn State hasn't really played anybody. Well, when we talk about the first tiebreaker, you said that they did have one common opponent. Yeah, Ohio State. So does that mean then, but does that mean then that Ohio State actually beat Penn State worse? Ohio State has nothing
Jason:to do with this. It doesn't? No. Okay. Not the winning percentage. Other than the fact that they just both lost in Ohio State. I gotcha, I gotcha. So anyway, we'll see how that shakes out. Moving to the ACC. SMU is 7 0. They have Cal next. They could lose and they're still in the title game. Miami play is 6 1 at Syracuse. They have to win this game and they're in. However, the Syracuse is, is not, it's not that easy at home, but they could definitely lose this game. You know, they almost wake was kind of doing a good first half to them, but then they, they kept going for it on fourth down and you just can't do that. And then for Clemson outside, looking in, they beating South Carolina will help them for an at large bid. But for the ACC title game, they need Miami to lose. So we'll see what happens in the ACC. As far as records go, SMU is undefeated with only one loss. Who is that to?
pershin:If my phone would load, I'm trying to look it up, but I'm not getting good data.
tiger:I'm not getting good games. That man using a singular wireless phone.
Jason:BYU, so their only loss is the BYU. Oh,
tiger:okay. It's a decent opponent, I guess. That's a good non com loss.
Jason:BYU's already got like a, they only have two losses now. Two losses now, yeah. They lost to the K. Yeah, yeah. It's
pershin:not, it's not that good a loss.
tiger:They lost to KU last week and then lost to Arizona State. Yeah, they lost to Arizona State. That, that damn big 12 darling there, huh? How about it? There
Jason:you go. There you go. All right, now let's get into the mess that is the big 12 with all of these teams, all still have a shot at a conference title and probably could, could still get a couple, could still get out large bids. So we'll go through the first couple of teams, first four teams, Arizona bids, but we'll go through the first couple of teams, first four teams, Arizona state, and They beat Arizona, they're in, 6 2 in the conference. Iowa State, 6 2 in the conference, they play K State, if they win, they're in. So BYU, who's next at 6 2, they play Houston, they would need a loss from ISU or ASU. And then Colorado plays Oklahoma State, and they would need the same. They would need, you know. a, a loss by one of the top two teams. And And they would need a lost by, by potentially byu. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Or if both lose, then maybe they both jump'em. But it is interesting'cause Colorado held their destiny in their own hands and
tiger:Prime set it, man. They just let it slip away. Let it slip away first. It just seems like the big 12 is a one big league man. I'm just surprised like
pershin:how like. Well, yeah, how good kansas has been recently I
tiger:just feel like yeah, man, they're fighting for bowl berth I'm, like lance lightbulb is turning around. They were a college football You know fake kind of dark horse coming into the season. Yeah, I mean I
pershin:can't even like I don't know. I always thought of them as a basketball school Like I always thought of them like it's weird to think that they like they're making waves
Jason:And then going to the five and three teams that need a lot of help but still are have a path to the conference title game. West Virginia at five and three plays Texas Tech.
tiger:There's somehow still in it?
Jason:Yeah, they just they need so they need everyone in all these This is why it's such a one big league. West
pershin:Virginia needs Colorado, BYU, ASU, ISU Well, I mean if
Jason:three of the teams lose so only three of the four teams and then you know, oh, yeah
pershin:There'll be one of them that side and then
Jason:Baylor's five and three they play Kansas so Kansas could you know spoil or spoil Spoiler. Boy, Kansas wants to play spoiler
pershin:right now. I would not be surprised if Kansas, right? They're hot, dude. Yeah, I agree a hundred percent. And
Jason:then we already said K State plays ISU, so. Ooh, Farmageddon boys. That's what they call it. Farmageddon. That's Farmageddon, boy. And then Texas Tech plays West Virginia, we already talked about. And then the last team, TCU, is at Cincinnati and they need everybody to fucking lose. is that possible? Yeah. They're five and three. All these teams are six and two. There's four teams at six and two, and five teams at five and three. That's wow. Which with getting into the conference game is still possible. I mean, they need, like, the paths are very narrow. There's just
pershin:so much parody in that conference right now. Yeah.
Jason:The paths are very, very narrow for a lot of those teams and, and like you said, I think only one of these teams has a shot. And it's going to be, and they're going to be the fifth highest, you know, ranked conference champion, right? Unless Boise state fumbles the fucking ball and loses somewhere. So like.
pershin:Probably, probably this conference just gets to send one team in though, right? That's what I'm saying. Because everyone's, everyone's gonna have at least three losses. Yes. Like, There's gonna have to be one big league. Big league, excuse me. If everyone's gonna have like three losses and then they're looking at like, Alabama versus one of these guys, you know what I mean? It's like, You already know how they're gonna pick.
Jason:Mm hmm. Yeah, absolutely. Well, speaking of Alabama, SEC, the Conference title teams, teams that are in the conference title hunt, which it may not even matter, depending on who's left out. So, Georgia's already in, they play Georgia Tech though, so they could lose that game, Georgia Tech could win, and that could be fun. But it does nothing other for the conference title. But they're still in the conference title, yeah. And then Texas plays Texas A& M. You
pershin:think that Georgia will just like start their backups since the game won't matter? We were literally talking about that. I was, I
tiger:was thinking that earlier. I feel like I would if I was the coach. Imagine start, you starting to see that like an NFL move down in the college level. I think a lot of college kids
pershin:don't like that though. Like they just want to play a lot of, most of them. They're not, most of them don't, coach. Hey, now they're getting NIL money. You know, they're being
tiger:like, coach, yo, can I just chill out with this game? Oh,
pershin:wait, you're right, shit. So, even some of the kids that aren't gonna make it to the pros are making NIL money, right? Mm hmm. Some of these
tiger:guys, these backups, they may make six figures, man. Really?
pershin:Yeah. As a college backup?
Jason:No, no
pershin:backup.
Jason:A high level backup. No backup is making six figures. Somebody who's not seeing the field at all is not making six figures. I said backup, man. I would be surprised. Like a highly recruited backup. You're a highly recruited backup. You're a highly recruited. You know what? I signed you. I signed you. So I, well, apparently
pershin:that's what Arch Manning is, right?
Jason:Thank you very much. That dude
tiger:was
pershin:highly sought after. And he can't even see the field. No, he
Jason:can see the field. The only reason why he's not seeing the field is because he went to Texas to be there for all four years. Like he's doing it the banning way which is go to college for all four years Get, you know, well studied and then go to the end. Oh, so he knew ahead of time he didn't want to be an early declarer. Well, Quinn
tiger:Ewers
Jason:is
tiger:going to be a first round pick, so it's like he's also behind. So, man, I don't, I,
pershin:I don't think Quinn Ewers is going to be a first round pick. If I had to guess, I bet you he falls in that second to third, that day two shit, I bet you. I, I just think it's, people are going to watch films and they're going to be able to poke more and more holes as the off season goes on, as it gets closer to draft time. I think that. Most of these quarterbacks, I really think that people are going to be like, Oh, this is a weak class. That's what I was going to get to, not to derail. Because it's not just him, but a lot of these guys are going to get holes poked in them. And it's going to be something like the Kenny Pickett situation. Where just one of them ends up going
tiger:to a desperate team. That's what I'm saying, it's a weak class. So I couldn't actually see the only reason he would In a traditional year, he wouldn't be a first round pick. But maybe in what is now a weak class. Yeah, for sure. Yeah. Alright. Sorry, I'm derailing. Sorry, Jason.
Jason:Yeah, so Texas plays Texas A& M. Winner of that game gets in, but I suspect unless it's Texas A& M, if Texas is the loser, they'll probably get into the playoffs anyway. So really, Do you even want to play, unless you're a team like Georgia who already has two losses, and you know, could have gotten a third loss, like do you even want to play that game in the SEC anymore? Which just kind of makes it BS. But anyway, at large mid teams in the SEC, in my opinion, you've got Tennessee, They're 5 2 at Vandy, and when they could get in at a large bid, at large bid. Now they're
pershin:5 2 in the conference, but are they only a 2 loss team altogether as well? Yes, they are a 2 loss team,
tiger:and their losses are to Georgia and Arkansas. Yep. Being in the season. Okay, so they've got a large. So one very, one very, one very good loss.
Jason:Yeah. Yeah, and then with an outside very slim chance. Yep. I think South Carolina sitting at five and three in the conference. What are the days eight and three overall win at Clemson could get them in, but they're going to need some help, some teams to lose. So we'll see. I mean, we'll see what happens. You say
pershin:get in. Do you mean they still have a chance at, at large, or they actually have a chance to be at large and
tiger:we need some help, like a, like a Miami loss and I don't know. Apparently you still need Indiana. Apparently you still need Indiana. Yes, I still need Indiana. You need a lot. You need Miami, Indiana, and Tennessee.
Jason:And then other teams that have a much, much less chance in the SEC but still, technically still have a chance. Still could be just because of their fucking names. Alabama. Alabama. Yeah, they beat that one. If they beat Auburn. Ole Miss. Ole Miss. If Beating this, you know, that committee would love to be an excuse to put Alabama LSU, beating Oklahoma could could happen. And then Missouri beating Arkansas. How many losses does LSU have? Three. Three.
pershin:So there's just so many three lost teams this year. Mm-Hmm. like big time teams. So,
Jason:you know, on the outside of the SEC, there's still a group of five race that includes Boise State playing Oregon State. Army versus UTSA. Army is still, if
pershin:Boise State loses, Army is in. I feel like Boise State has a much better argument right now than Army. Right, but it's conference champion,
Jason:if they're the highest ranked group of five conference champion. But
tiger:Army
Jason:has fell out of the rankings, I believe. Right, but if Boise State loses, This would be a bad loss Army. Would an Army wins? This could be. They could be the next one. It could be that,
pershin:that they actually see this loss as worse than the Notre Dame beat down. Right.
Jason:So because you gotta look at their record. There are
tiger:only one lost team then they only losses to the number one team in the country. No,
Jason:they're only losses to Notre Dame Army. I'm talking about Boise State. Right, but we're not, if Boise State owns their own destiny, they have to win. If they win, they're in. But if they lose, I'm saying these other teams have a shot. Army, Tulane who's undefeated, Notre Dame is probably getting in, most likely, unless they lose to USC. And then UNLV has an outside shot. I don't think, I mean, are all, no, but if Boise State loses. These other teams could sneak in Because they could because some because Tulane and all of them are a couple of them are in the same conference Tulane, I honestly have Tulane plays army in the conference title of the game, right? if Boise state loses then you got to think one of them might Move up because they would be on Tulane would be
pershin:undefeated I hope not. I honestly feel like i've become a Boise state fan just because I love watching the gente clothes Like he, he alone has like, it's like I want his team to do well just because he's doing well. So the country can see more of him. Yeah, cause Army is
Jason:9 1 overall, Tulane is 9 2 overall, but they'll play each other for the American Athletic Conference title. Okay. So, yeah. It's not the, the record or anything. They could just, it's the highest ranked of that group of five. Oh, no, I
pershin:see what you're saying. It, if the, if it's deemed to be a worse loss than what the Notre Dame loss was, then they're going to be ranked worse at the end of the day. So I hear you. It's possible. I don't want that to happen though. I'm on Boise state to start kicking some ass.
Jason:Boise state. State not gonna kick ass man. You,
pershin:you, you just keep feeding a man and good things will happen. Well, they're
Jason:gonna have to get past the rebels of UNLV man at at what was it? The black hole.
pershin:The black hole? Yeah. The Vegas hole there. Isn't that
Jason:what they call, isn't that what, that's what they used to call what? Their old stadium, right? Mm. The Raiders don't, they call it raid the black hole? I
tiger:maybe, I don't remember that. What's a death star now? I can't even, what? I don't, I have to take a link to
pershin:just go.
tiger:Yeah.
Jason:So as I was saying, the Black hole Allegion Stadium. Alright. Vegas Black hole. I thought they called
tiger:it Death Star. No,
Jason:it's officially the black hole. We Googled it and Google's never wrong. That's what
tiger:they deserve to be called. Pretty sure it's officially Allegiant State. That's where careers go to die. Devante Adams. Don't you official me.
Jason:I'll official you. Alright, and then let's get into what we're all here for. The NFL. Yeah, the National Football League. So, the first game we're going to talk about is the Steelers Browns game only because it's the Steelers. Mike Tomlin's magic beans ran out. Didn't this seem
pershin:like the perfect Tomlin slash Steelers like Environment, it's supposed to be raining ended up snowing I know I feel like this is the this is the time for his beans to shine. My thing
Jason:is is he He's he's got a little like Ron Rivera like going on right now where he's just like kind of going for it and weird spots and it's like This one didn't work, so he gave up, he gave up, like, several, like what, six points? Somewhere in there? Like, they could have won the game, if they had just kicked, kicked their field goals. They missed one field goal, and then they went for it on fourth down, and then they missed that.
pershin:I remember one fourth down that they didn't convert. Yeah,
Jason:it was early on, Justin Fields came in. And he ran to the outside and fucking got nowhere. That's right. That was like a terrible play call who could have
pershin:saw that Yeah, I think that when when fields is in there man, they know I think that even if they don't know they're just like Fuck it. We are We are spying him up. Like we're just we'll literally have two Linebacker spy him up and make sure that he doesn't get to the outside and he doesn't run for the first down like I think the tomlin should just let him throw every now and then because I don't think there's been a single place since russell wilson Has been starting Where fields has gotten in there and thrown it's always a run and so it's like It's like come on man, like let him throw so there's at least some mystery, right? Yeah,
tiger:it's like Man, to put a bowtie on that one, they just ran into all hail the crab god, man. Jameis Winston, man. Mr. F er, right in the P, himself.
Jason:National treasure. He is National
pershin:treasure, he is. He is wild, man. He is wild. Bro, I saw a clip, I
Jason:saw a clip of Jameis Winston. I don't know what restaurant it was, but it was like a Sonic's drive in, like where you drive up and they roll out on the roller skates and bring you your food and shit. Oh. Right. And he was like The person was like setting the tray like he kept rolling the window all the way down and she's like can you just roll it up a little bit and she sets the tray on there and he's like oh my god this thing sits on my window like he was freaking out and he was like telling his kids in the back look the tray just sits on my window what a job and I was like oh my gosh bro
pershin:Reminds me of like that's your heart. He reminds me of Ron artists. You remember how Ron? He talks just like Ron artists like He's crazy like a crazy pastor and like he's like a crazy
tiger:pastor I
pershin:haven't seen Jamis act out like malice in the palace style But there's something really off about how disconnected from whatever relevant thing. Yeah
Jason:You
pershin:Well, like like the conversation could have a certain relevance and he's so far from it sometimes that it's like man you are Really just you're like you're dangerously crazy. Hey, man. I'm just
Jason:thanking god that i'm here blessed to play in this snow I just yeah, I just love the snow. I just love like he's just smiling from ear to ear man Like what a goofball. Well, the steelers got the bengals next this week coming and then the browns again So but this time they got them in pittsburgh Then the Eagles, Ravens, Chiefs, Bengals, so Tough, tough schedule, man. I, you know, they're going to need to at least get To 500 on that.
pershin:Yeah, I will say, you know Running routes in the rain slash snow. Jerry Judy actually looked like he was a good football player Made big plays. Yeah, I feel like he was shaking dudes. Like he's the only one that could like Plan his foot in those conditions, apparently. Yeah I feel like between Jerry, Judy, and Miles Garrett, that's the reason why they won. Because Miles Garrett was just constantly getting pressure, so. Yep, yep. So you gotta give it up for those performances from those guys.
Jason:For sure. Kevin Stefanski probably keeps his job for another year. Yeah, aren't
pershin:you so butthurt? Aren't you so annoyed? I guess the
Jason:Browns will just suck one more time. What an awful comment. And then, going to the Super Bowl champions, the Chiefs. Let's go! Struggled, struggled with a Bryce Young led Carolina Panthers. I mean, this game came down to the wire 30 27. They allowed the Panthers to score 11 points in the fourth quarter.
pershin:It almost went to overtime.
tiger:What a lot of people feel like that you've seen uncovered by the Chiefs the last three to four weeks is you seeing a weakness in their secondary. Since Jalen Watson went down. They have Trent McDuffie, yeah, he's a, he's probably one of the best corners in the league as an all pro corner, but man they're picking on that other side where Nazi Johnson, some of those other cornerbacks are and, I mean, you're seeing the Panthers come close to beating them.
pershin:What's crazy is like last year it was flipped. Like when they still had Sneed, when they had a jury Sneed. Yeah. And McDuffy, in my opinion, was playing even better than he is this year. I don't think he's bad, but it just, between the two of them and I guess some of the safety help too, maybe. But it just seemed like the past game was actually the strength of the defense. And now
pershin (2):Mm-Hmm.
pershin:they're actually the best in the league as far as EPA versus the run. Like they, they are the, be the, the worst team to run against. Mm-Hmm. which is great. But it's just weird how that's kind of flipped and I don't think they're bad. They're still good defensively, but It's just I can't help but feel like they're just getting a little bit lucky because they just keep winning I mean have they honestly had any big wins? I feel like they've got like 10 wins and they're all single possession
tiger:wins like No, there hasn't been like just a comfortable two score game win
pershin:Yeah, I think everything has been seven points or fewer and it's like It's like on one hand this is The defending super bowl champions so that when the defending super bowl champions are at 10 and 1 You don't call that fraudulent their
Jason:biggest win is 26 13 that gets the saints Oh, okay. So they at
pershin:13 pointer, but You get my point though. It's like on one hand You don't want to question it when they've got the track record that they've had You
pershin (2):Yeah.
pershin:But yet, I mean, it's gotta be concerning that, that they, they keep getting, they keep getting pushed so hard, but there's the, so no matter the opponent,
tiger:it's concerning, but it's like, it's like, man, they know how to win too. Yeah. So, yeah, I think there's some luck. They expect
Jason:that out of them. Old fucking fogies out there. Jesus. Yeah. But keep trotting, geriatric Travis Kel out on the field.
tiger:Yeah. Yeah. You're not lying about, he's up there in the NFL age, but. They know how to win, but man, there's some concerns there. And, I don't know, man, this is just weird.
pershin:I'm surprised that, like, DeAndre Hopkins hasn't gotten more and more integrated as the weeks go on. Yeah. Seems like the first week that he was there, he played something like 50 percent of the snaps, and I was surprised he got that many so quickly. And then, he, but the thing is that he's just hovered right around that same 50%. Instead of
tiger:bumping him up, I feel like That could be a maintenance thing I wonder just because they have such limited wide receiver depth right now See, that's
pershin:what I was gonna suggest. I was like, yeah before he got traded earlier in the season He was dealing with injury. Yeah, and I wonder if he is just not healthy even And they traded for him, even though they knew that he wasn't you know, I don't know. Saving him
tiger:for the playoff run probably Yeah, that could that's definitely could be a part of it. Yeah, I don't know.
pershin:Save it or lose it I don't know. Hopefully, yeah, saving him for a, a maintenance thing. Hopefully when Pacheco gets back, he'll be something close to a hundred percent.
tiger:But, and, and on that front, the last thing is they're also hoping for Hollywood Brown to be back as well. Maybe right around Christmas he's not coming back.
pershin:Oh, does he have a chance to come back this year? That's,
tiger:that's, that's what the speculation, oh, I didn't even realize that. I thought that, I thought he was just, I did too. Like on IR for the remainder or whatever. They're just hopeful that yeah, he can make that return I think some doctor
Jason:probably said oh, there's a shot and it's like a 1 percent chance, right? And they're like, we're hopeful,
pershin:right? It's like the two scientists that they can find that don't believe in global warming Yeah
Jason:Well, hey on the Panthers side, I mean Bryce Young great game continues gonna continue being starter for the
pershin:Again, I was honestly shocked. I was like, who am I watching? I couldn't believe it. He was he was hitting Receivers routinely that were not open. They weren't open david moore Like kudos to david moore for still being in the league after all these years, but he wasn't getting open He was just putting the ball where only david moore could catch it
pershin (2):Yeah,
pershin:it was it was legitimately a good game Maybe the first time that i've ever seen a bryce young game where I thought okay He looks good. He actually looks like not just that he deserves to be in the NFL at all Because earlier in the in the earlier in the season I was just like he just doesn't look like he deserves even being there and now it's like oh This is actually a good performance. So who knows what it'll mean Who knows what kind of consistency we'll see out of him, but
pershin (2):yeah,
pershin:pretty impressive Have
Jason:to admit Absolutely. Absolutely Next game we're going to talk about another divisional game that went to overtime, Minnesota and Chicago. What a game. Oh,
pershin:don't you know?
pershin (2):What a
pershin:game. So many big pass plays on both ends and so many good defensive, like, plays from defenders. I mean, a lot of pressure on both of these quarterbacks. Giving him a hell of a time. I feel like both of these offenses Responding pretty well despite pretty good defensive play. I think that Like the Vikings did what they should have done which is don't force the ball to Justin Jefferson Jefferson like they were not only manning him up there didn't targets Not only manning him up, but they were manning him up with two Which is like, that's not just like, Oh, an extra guy hanging over the top somewhere. It was like, no, you two are just going to follow him around the field, which is an absurd amount of where you go. I go, which is, it's just an absurd amount of resources. She definitely goes over here. I'm going to go over there. And so, you saw you know, just getting these really good matchups with Addison versus slower, sort of, defenders, and then Hawkinson versus smaller defenders, you just kept getting good matchups for both of those guys, and in previous games, I felt like Darnold was throwing interceptions because he was just trying to force it to Jefferson, and I'm glad to see that that wasn't the case this time.
Jason:I think that, I think with the Bears, man, what I think the problem is here is We have D'Andre Swift, they went and got D'Andre Swift, and they just don't even use him. They don't use him at
pershin:all. Why not just throw him at least three or four screens a game? He's a really good screen sort of guy. Like, I mean. Well,
Jason:you have four targets, but he only had 13 carries to me, and it's like Candle Williams has six. You know, and then you're expecting Caleb Williams to sling the ball 47 times. I mean, he clearly did because the game is went into overtime, but
pershin:yeah,
Jason:that's not a sustainable thing, which is why he refuses.
pershin:He made a couple of passes in this game. That actually reminded me of the college. Yeah. That's I feel like that's what a lot of people were saying. I thought that was pretty cool. I don't know if it's because he feels more comfortable with the new regime or maybe he feels more comfortable with these plays themselves. They definitely have changed up. The play calling. I'm not sure. I can't explain to you the X's and O's, but I know that his, his sort of depth of target has either been really close to the line of scrimmage or he's like taking shots down the field versus where as before it was so much intermediate passing for him, so. Yeah.
Jason:Nonetheless, the Bears still do Bears things and they lose.
tiger:Yeah, yeah. What is a job like Kevin McConnell this year? Nine and two. Yeah.
pershin:Oh man, I think even more so than Kevin McConnell is the defense. What's his name? Yeah, Flores is putting these QBs in a blender, bro. In a blender. Yeah, I think they lead the league in interceptions, right? Possibly. Yeah, they're at least one of the top two. But, I think that Flores defense is just really hard for That's what he's known for, man. Yeah. I know earlier, I know earlier in the season, you know, they beat the Niners and then right after the game where everyone's saying, Hey, good to see you again. Good job. You know, whatever. He went up to Flores and he was like, that was the most confusing defense I've ever played against ever. Like he was, he was literally like, kudos, man, you, you got me like you got, you got me.
Jason:Yeah. So, and then an unsuspecting win. The Cowboys upset the Commanders. Are we seeing a little bit of Jaden Daniels kind of coming down a little bit? He's kind of had two games in a row. Coming back to Earth? Yeah, kind of had two games in a row where it's just Well, let's see. The, the rookie MVP Allure kind of has come off a little bit.
pershin:Oh yeah, for sure. There was a moment in the season where you actually had, you know, the radio personalities and stuff talking about Oh, he comparing him to Lamar. Comparing him to Lamar Jackson skillset. Could he
jason (2):get MVP? Could he be the first rookie MVP or whatever, you know? Yeah.
Jason:I think you were one of those personalities, right?
pershin:No. Yeah, I think you were saying, I'm pretty sure I was saying I don't believe that he was going to get, I'm
tiger:kidding. What a what? A what? A Washington. Commanders, Dallas Cowboys ending to this. Missing the extra point that the Cowboys went. But it's like back to your, you know, Jaden Daniels, you know, you know, reference. It's like he shows that glimpse with that, that touchdown pass to Scary Terry, but then it has that Dallas, Washington Commanders ending with missed extra point. It's just like What a mixed bag of a game. Well, I do think
pershin:that, that for most of the season they've been a little bit like the Chiefs, where it's like they keep finding ways to win at the end of the game, which is fine. I don't, I don't begrudge that, but I feel like maybe in the, in the case of the Chiefs, it's like, okay, this is Reed, this is Mahomes, They figure these things out at the end of the game. Whereas within Quinn and a rookie quarterback, I am impressed with their season overall. I feel like they're ahead of schedule versus what the expectations were for sure.
pershin (2):Yeah.
pershin:I don't think they're playing poorly, but at the same time, I think they probably have been a little bit fraudulent, and now
Jason:Well, yeah, their biggest wins, like their highest margin wins, are against us. Right. Right. When you play anybody with a pulse it's a lot, like it's more of a one score, one and a half score game. Right.
pershin:And they were on the right side of that for most of the season and I feel like now the past couple weeks they've dropped a couple close ones and so now it's like, it's kind of evening out a little
Jason:more. Lucky for them they got the Titan Saints up, up next so maybe they got two get right games. Those are good right there. I mean, I've
tiger:been low key impressed with the Titans. How about their defense? Their defense is actually sneaky really good. Yeah, we were talking about it a
pershin:couple weeks ago. I was like, this is actually how I thought the Titans would go. This is the one team that went. Almost like I imagined like their defense is going to be stout and it's not going to matter because the offense is going to be bad. And then they knock off
Jason:Houston. But
pershin:here's the thing, here's the thing is that like, quietly, you know, he got venged for Rudolph, right? But ever since he's come back, the past couple weeks, He's quietly been like a lot better like rule out us. Yeah, well, he's probably not putting me on his wall
Jason:But how do you
tiger:think he's not putting me on his
Jason:car? Do you think getting rid of? hopkins kind of You know Let the pressure go like oh I don't No, I think that he's a good calvin ridley's just getting the ball I think what it is is
pershin:he's a gunslinger and he loves to put the ball in harm's way too much And he finally got benched and he's like, all right I finally like I can't get away with this anymore. I've got to curb the interceptions.
Jason:You're not Jordan Love yet. Calm down.
pershin:I think he finally got through to him. Like, I gotta play it safe with this ball. And you see that he's not throwing the interceptions. He's not putting the ball in harm's way. Well, he still
Jason:threw a pick. He still threw one.
pershin:Yeah, but that was like, I think he's had two picks since he's been back. And one of them was like on an end of game Hail Mary attempt. How many games has he been back? I think he's been back three, right? Maybe two.
Jason:So if you spin back two, he's had to pick a game. Right, but he's got like I don't care what it was. He's got
pershin:six touchdowns and two picks. And one of those picks was just a last minute Hail Mary, whatever. I
Jason:don't care what it was. Okay. I
pershin:think he's quietly In Denver, they call that I N T. I think Titans are low key like hard out. Yeah, it's because of the defense. Yeah, because of the defense, mostly. But also they're not turning the ball over as much as they were which
tiger:Weird how that adds up when you have a good defense and you don't turn the ball You give yourself a chance to win if
pershin:pollard can run well your defense plays well and levis doesn't throw interceptions Then they're a hard out. I think they're they're tough. Yeah,
Jason:they're a hard out. That's right. You know, who else is a hard out? the green bay packers That's right waxing that ass. Well, we took san francisco to the woodshed You did you did Matt on the floor was like, no, we're running up the score if we can. Matt, get on the floor. He was like, I'm not getting, I'm not getting Shanahan's Christmas cards this year. Oh
pershin:man. Did you watch any of that game at all? It. I did. San Francisco looked real. I, I went back and I saw the highlights of it. Look, they look bad, man.
tiger:Geez. Depot's not great this year. I think iu, Kurt, I mean,
pershin:I think like them losing Trent Williams and that's who, and like Bosa being. Like not a hundred percent.
Jason:So what you're saying is is my win our win is is a fraudulent win because it's it's tainted,
tiger:bro It's tainted. I think they put an asterisk by that game on sunday when they showed the highlight is yeah I think that like low key
pershin:two of their most important players are in the trenches It's trent williams and it's bosa and to have neither of them there and then you don't have brock purdy You don't have brandon. Iu CMC is still coming back to form. I just feel like Dbo
tiger:hasn't been himself.
pershin:I just feel like, I'm glad that you guys showed up and you whooped him. Sounds like a lot of excuses. I'm glad that you guys showed up and you whooped him. But, I, I think you got to, you got to Who, who was it? You got to play him when they were like vulnerable. Who
Jason:was it, who was it? I forget what, I forget which packer it was. But they said in the post game locker room that, You know, I don't want to hear any excuses of who wasn't playing or who didn't play. We didn't have our quarterback for parts of this season. We still went out there and produced Ws. I mean, that's true. They did play well with, with Lewis. I don't want to hear it. I don't want to 1 with Kyle Shanahan. Kyle Shanahan, no, no, no. Because Kyle Shanahan is supposed to be the QB whisperer. Right. Any QB, anybody he's been plugging in quarterbacks every year, except for Brock Purdy, you know, right. Right. And then all of a sudden, no, what it is, is they don't have the defense to keep up with other teams anymore. Yeah. And so when the offense
pershin:has to score 30 points, yeah,
Jason:it's the, the other defenses can tee off and, and, and then you add an injury or two and they're kind of back down to earth team. So, Kyle Shanahan is the the
pershin:I'm, I'm glad The seat is getting a little warm. I'm glad that you guys got your revenge either way. I can't even with you. It's worth talking about all their, the missing pieces though. I mean Whatever, whatever. Yeah, well,
Jason:well, you know what? Alright, fine. Green Bay will show what's up this Thursday night. At my, well we play at Lambo. We know how much, we know, that's a win. Do we, Tua can't play in the cold? What's the weather
tiger:gonna be?
Jason:Is it gonna be like a really
pershin:frigid one?
Jason:It's an 820 game. Let's see, the, well, I'll just go ahead and give you all the stats here. Over, under is 47. 5, green bay is a 3. 5 point favorite. The weather is looking like it's gonna be 28 degrees in cloudy, but no, no rain, just overcast. Yeah, typical. Over winter overcast. Hey
tiger:man, two might be seasoned. That is 40 degrees warmer than his coldest game he's ever played. Hey! The Kansas City Wild Card game last year. Hey, you know what? You know how to bring that back around.
pershin:I'm calling it right now, Upset of the Week, The Dolphins in the Slud! The Dolphins in the Slud! Let's go, Persian! Let's go! I'm telling you, man. Let's go. They've been on fire.
tiger:Two's gonna come out there in short sleeves and be like, Yo, this ain't nothing, man. Let's go.
pershin:They're gonna show Mike Mc He's gonna show up with the, the shirt. Same one last time. It's not cold enough. Well,
Jason:that's cool Because they're gonna have to stop the third best running back in the league. Josh jacobs Is he the third best? Yeah, I think in as far as total yards, so then it's If he's not the third he's he's in the top five for sure
tiger:I think mixing's in the mix there
Jason:mixing could be third. Yeah mixing could be third then jacob's fourth
tiger:because okay I could I could see those top four.
Jason:Let me see
tiger:The the first two are obviously undisputed
Jason:Rushing, Saquon, Derek Henry, Josh Jacobs, Jameer Gibbs, Chuba Hubbard are your leaders. Wow,
jason (2):Jameer
Jason:Gibbs? Saquon's got 1392, Henry's 1325, Jacobs is 944. So then,
pershin:is Montgomery also in the top 10?
Jason:Well, that's all. I only got the five. So, yeah, with that offense, with that offense, it's all right. So, let's round out the top ten. Kyron Williams at six, Tony Pollard at seven, Aaron Jones at eight, Joe Mixon at nine, and Bijon Robinson at ten. And that's just purely based on yards.
pershin:Okay. Rush yards
Jason:or total right? Rush. What Yards? Rush yards. Okay. Okay. Rushing stats. Yeah. Rush yards.
pershin:Well, that's pretty cool. I mean, I think Josh Jacobs has been a little bit better than what the fantasy production has been, just because he hasn't gotten, he hasn't found his way too well the last couple weeks.
Jason:He's been
pershin:as much, yeah, it's been better the past couple weeks. He's, he's really popped off, but I feel like for most of the season. He's been racking up the yards, but not finding the ends. Oh yeah. Yeah. Oh,
Jason:the whole first half of the season. So it's been like, could I get any, I don't think he got any ends until like week six or seven.
pershin:The past couple of weeks
Jason:have been good fantasy weeks though. Absolutely. Absolutely. Are there any other games for the next week that you're looking forward to in the NFL fantasy local?
pershin:I think that the. The Thanksgiving slate is going to be fun for people that want to play the short three game slate. Yeah. Giants, Cowboys, that's fucking, oh yes,
tiger:let's go. Give me Drew Lockin, drew Lock versus Cooper Rush
Jason:DeVito. I think that there's actually some fun plays because, or Tommy DeVito and versus Cooper Rush, it looks like,
pershin:it looks like Dobbs is going to mix, is going to miss the game, which means that like that's arrow up for Wix and for Watson. I think that they're gonna be at a pretty good price. Well, the thing about Read though is like you're gonna have to try to fit in his salary. He's. You know what I mean? But I feel, what I'm saying is that You're talking about,
Jason:you're talking about DraftKings, okay.
pershin:Yeah, yeah, I mean like if you want to play the DFS slate Right, right. For that day, I think that you're going to have really good values for Watson, for Wiggs, and I think also Rico Datto has now just become like the guy in that backfield. I'm not buying that. The Giants are like So buy that. The worst in the league for giving up rush yards. Yeah. I think that this is the one Time where Doudle might pop at a good salary, you know, at a cheap cost.
Jason:Doudle has been lackluster for three weeks straight, and this ain't gonna be the week either. It doesn't matter who he plays, all of a sudden he has hit a wall, like, figuratively. He, I don't, I don't, I don't know. It's fantasy wise it's been awful.
pershin:Do you think that they Go to drew lock since devito looks so bad
tiger:probably i think they might that's why i said give me drew lock You might be playing this week. Well
pershin:drew lock is fun. Just because he's a gun. I mean, well, did you hear malik
tiger:neighbors? Oh yeah, he's complaining.
pershin:He's like, I didn't even, he's like, I didn't even get the ball until we were 30 points down. That shit is on the coaching staff. Those
tiger:comments are for the coaching staff. That's what I think it is. You think it's
Jason:coaching
pershin:staff
Jason:too?
pershin:Yeah, well the thing, the crazy thing is that Dave all came out after that comment, and he said after that comment, he said, He was not he did was did not sound butthurt at all. He said that he That they need to do a better job of making sure they get malik neighbors involved. So I think Malik neighbors actually has some leverage here And well, yeah, no shit
tiger:Get the ball to your best playmaker, man. Yeah You got
pershin:you got to understand that that even though he's the head coach. He's probably on the hot seat Like ownership has probably already gets
Jason:one more year
pershin:I think ownership has probably already signaled to him that they're frustrated and when they hear that their number one draft pick is Saying this Ownership, you know, the front office might actually be siding with the player here. You know, I'm saying listen I've already said it a
Jason:million times this whole thing needs to be blown up Front office needs to go. Yeah everything and what's
pershin:funny is like
Jason:well the video all of New York The Jets love that the video that keeps resurfacing now on threads is of hard knocks Yeah sitting in there and he's just like Man, you know, Saquon is like a cornerstone of this franchise right now, and this and that. And Joshin is just He's the best player on our fucking team! Joshin is like fucking smiling and talking about how, Oh, you know, I don't think this team will offer him this and that. And it's like, it's just like, bro, you played that so terribly. And I And what's funny
pershin:is like, like, after that, that horrible loss, you know, Sunday night, the entire nation gets to watch Saquon, like, Go! Oh! Over 300 total yards. Set a record. Set a record. Yeah. Geez. Over 300 total yards.
tiger:302 total yards in two 30s.
pershin:And it almost feels like as bad as our loss was. It probably didn't cut as deep as watching Saquon later in the day, like, whoo. Alright, so
Jason:the other Thursday night game, which I'm liking right here, the Bears versus the Lions, this is the midday game, the first game, 12. 30. Yeah. But the spread here is the Lions are giving up 10. And I understand that the Lions have been putting a lot of points up, but Green Bay just played the Bears. The Bears played them tough. Minnesota, who's been putting up a lot of points, just played the Bears. And the Bears played them tough. I don't think this is going to be a 10 point victory for the Lions. This could be a lot closer. It's
pershin:hard because there has been spots this year where the Lions have played decent teams and still just, like, beat the shit 21 point wins and shit. And I just The, the Lions have the ability, they might be the one team in the league that have the ability to, to put up a 40 or 50 burger on any defense. Yeah, but they only,
Jason:and here's the reason why inter conference is 31 29 against Minnesota. Well, that's
pershin:true, the inter divisional games, I, yeah, they do tend to skew more defensive heavy. Yeah. I think, I think it's, it's actually a good call. I might put a few dollars on, The bears the bears to cover I do like how Caleb Williams legitimately looks a little more comfortable.
Jason:It's in a dome. It's at it's in Detroit So, you know, you're not gonna have to deal with any sort of weather for Caleb Williams, right? You know like he's not gonna have any excuses to just you know, not be at least this. Yeah, it was last week
pershin:Yeah, I think you actually sold me. I might put a few. Yes
Jason:sold him. There we go. There we go And then since you're here, since the Chiefs fans here, we'll round out the session and we'll talk about the Chiefs Raiders game. Chiefs are a 12. 5 point favorite with a total of 42. 5 over under. Is this another game where the Chiefs struggle or is this a game where they just destroy the Raiders? Like, are the Raiders that bad? Or the Chiefs gonna play down to their opponents. Here's the question.
tiger:Chiefs fan here. Is it
pershin:going to be They're not gonna cover. Here's my question. Is it going to be AOC or is it going to be Desmond Ritter? Because if it's going to be AOC, then I'm actually taking the Raiders to cover because everyone covers versus the Chiefs. Well, yeah. Well, the Raiders But if it's going to be Ritter, man, he'll just throw two or three interceptions. In this
Jason:game, it was a 27 to 20 victory. And this was in Las Vegas. This game is going to be at home in the in the borough. I mean
pershin:the first one was probably 11 or 12 point spread That seems awful since the borough had come in by the way.
tiger:Yeah 12 and a half. Yeah, it doesn't matter. It's still burrow It's still a
pershin:fun comment It's a
Jason:funny clip but yeah All right, and then all all the way out one last thing that I wanted to bring up was There's all this talk about Aaron Rodgers going, you know, what who's he gonna play for next and I keep seeing a list of teams and it's like Minnesota, it's like teams that already have quarterbacks. I
pershin:mean, here's my thing though. It's like it's like why would he has it? Why would they want him?
tiger:Why would they want the worst GM in the league?
pershin:My
Jason:thing quarterback? Why would they want to look why would they
pershin:want
Jason:the little bum of NFL?
pershin:Wow? But see my thing is like he Woody Johnson has already given him so much power and say so Why would he want to go to another organization? He's already got so much He clearly wants all of that decision making. But he also wants to win.
Jason:He wants all the narcissistic, But he wants to win, and his teammates are starting to hate him.
pershin:But I doubt that he accurately, like, diagnoses the problem as himself. You see what I'm saying? Well, yeah, he's a narcissist. Like, he probably is thinking, Oh, man, my boys have let me down. Aw, shit, you know? But the thing is, like, at the end of the day, I think he still wants the setup he has with the Jets. I don't think he leaves unless Woody Johnson just says, oh, this experiment's over. You're out. Well,
Jason:I mean, he does say it's jets are his first option if he decides to play in 2025. So, Oh, okay.
pershin:Maybe he just retires and that's his way of avoiding accountability. Then the jets, the other New York team, but however, the
Jason:jets did bring in Mike Tannenbaum and somebody else to find them, you know, all of the whole new staff, new coaching staff. And here's the other thing that people keep bringing up is Woody Johnson. is a big time Trumper. Yeah. And so he is, well, is actually part of Trump's team and could be out on Yeah, on the trail. He's one of the biggest and won will be there to you know, kind of oversee. So he's gonna have, that's why. So he's
pershin:gonna have a role within the administration, is that what you're saying? Yes. And, and so
Jason:we'll, we'll, we'll not be around the team. Order to, I know that he was.
pershin:Over the past year, one of Trump's biggest donors,
Jason:right? Well, now he won't be able to, you know, fulfill whatever, I don't think he has like actual responsibilities or duties, but as an owner, you know, you're going to be part of the conversations. So now all the conversations are going to be trusted more with, I think he hires. But Rex Ryan wants to be a coach there. Rex Ryan said he wants to be back at the Jets. Could we get Rex Ryan
jason (2):and Aaron Rodgers on the same team?
pershin:I can't imagine Rex Ryan actually playing that game though. The media, the media circus on that team would be
tiger:awesome.
pershin:It would, but man. It would be, it would, it actually might be pretty entertaining actually. It would be
tiger:great.
pershin:As someone that doesn't have a huge stake in the Jets, I would love it, I guess. There
tiger:would be multiple player QB interviews on Pat McAfee every single week throughout the season. I
Jason:specifically don't watch Pat McAfee on Tuesdays. Dude,
tiger:Ann Rogers is always on Pat McAfee. Yeah, yeah. All the time. Which, no wonder why the dude sucks. That's why he's not tuning in. That's why I don't watch it on Tuesday. He's
Jason:only on Tuesday. I don't
tiger:want, yeah, I know exactly.
Jason:And you know, that's why, that's why it was in the last thing we'll say on this topic and then we'll kill it. It's surprising that Aaron Rodgers doesn't get as much shit as like Kyler Murray would about playing college when this dude is literally not focused on football every week by going on Pat McAfee and run in his mouth.
pershin:Man you're right. It's not not only does he do Like something else he's apparently obligated to every week outside of football things But the thing that he does to go on to a media program And and answer questions Is like every week he leaves distracted Every week he is subject to causing another distraction causing more drama within the organization or amongst his teammates it's like It's definitely not, like, football only sort of thing to do, you know?
Jason:It's just And I mean, look at what they're talking about now. Instead of trying to get the team better for the next following season,
