The mere mention of my work can often lead to some interesting conversations... Many of which often come back to career testing and I often discover that people can often remember their career suggestions many years later...
Much of my experience of career testing has been in schools with the Morrisby Profile. Career testing when used and implemented well can be most insightful and helpful. But often testing is so much more than career suggestions and it is important that students are supported to understand all of their results including the value that these insights can provide.
If you are interested in competing Morrisby testing please reach out to me at nadia@bucareers.com.au. I also have a detailed demo of the Morrisby Profile here.

In this episode, we speak to Ash Beeby a qualified Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic, VET champion and writer (she is currently writing her Sci-fi novel, writes on her blog https://ashleybeeby.com and recently published an article about her career journey).
She provides greater detail about her career journey as someone who had never considered a career in a trade, to now with her role as a heavy vehicle mechanic. How despite achieving a 95 ATAR knew that an apprenticeship was the right pathway for her.
