Kate is incredibly passionate about supporting families through their pregnancy and parenting journey and discusses the highs and lows this entails and how grief is experienced by all when tragedy strikes.
Kate refers to Bears of Hope who provide support for families following the loss of a baby and provide hospitals with teddy bears for parents to take home with them following their tragic loss.
