Rich sits down with DJ Young – Professional Pickleball Player.  DJ grew up in Burriana, Spain and played played junior tennis competitively from ages 4 to 16. He was first introduced to Pickleball at age 18 by his dad and has won numerous Pickleball accolades since turning pro, including the World Pickleball Championships, MLP Season 2 Newport Beach (Ranchers), and a PPA silver medal in men’s doubles.

Rich and DJ start off by discussing DJ’s childhood, the benefits of living in San Diego, how Pickleball (PB) got it’s start, the differences between PB leagues, how profitable PB is compared to sports like Tennis, DJ’s daily training routine, how to effectively recover from injuries, and the recent escalation of competition in PB.
