Rich sits down with Dominique Gunderson – a 25-year-old house flipper, real estate investor and co-founder of Gunderson Homes with her husband, Mitch. Dominique has been investing in real estate since she was 17 years old, and has built up to owning a successful real estate investment company in New Orleans, Louisiana. Between wholesaling, flipping, and buy and hold investments, she has over 80 deals under her belt and is an expert at both acquisitions and renovations. Her main focus today is long distance fix and flip investing, as she lives in Colorado while running 12+ fix and flip projects at a time in New Orleans.
Rich and Dominique discuss how her passion for real estate came to fruition at the age of 17, her start as a wholesaler, and learning to delegate in the real estate space. They also talk about the intricacies of long distance fix-and-flips, the fundamentals of flipping houses, the current rate environment, and the most important members of a fix-and-flip business.
