Guided Astral Projection Meditation with HemiSync

Season 2 Episode 2

In this episode of the Astral Dimensions, you'll be guided through a unique process that Vince has developed over the past 24 years of his astral projection practice, step by step, to achieve an out of body experience. This process consists of the following stages: physical relaxation, calming the mind, affirmations, energy work, projection threshold techniques, and separation techniques. Also be sure you’re lying on your back in a quiet, peaceful and comfortable setting with your eyes closed, ideally with your hands by your sides or resting on your hips. Results will be most effective if this process is performed upon awakening, before bed, or during an afternoon nap.

Before beginning this journey into the astral realm, please familiarize yourself with the following separation techniques, as you will need them for the final stage of the meditation. These are to be performed immediately upon entering the mind awake/body asleep vibrational state:

1. Float or levitate out of your body. Place the intention of rising out of your body, and simply feel yourself gently rising upwards, as if you were a helium balloon. Hold that feeling of floating until you actually float out of your body. 

2. Roll out of your body. Place the intention of rolling out of your body, and simply feel yourself rolling over to one side, as if you were trying to roll out of bed. Hold that feeling of rolling until you actually roll out of your body.

3. Fall out of your body. Place the intention of falling out of your body, and simply feel yourself falling backwards, as if you were standing up on the edge of your bed and falling backwards into bed. Hold that feeling of falling until you actually fall out of your body.

Hey everyone! I’m your host Vincent Field and this is the astral dimensions podcast. I’ve received a lot of requests since I started this podcast last year to make a guided meditation based on the methodology that I use, so due to popular demand, that’s exactly what this episode is about. I’m going to take you through a unique process that I’ve developed over the past 24 years of my astral projection practice, step by step, to achieve an out of body experience. This is a guided meditation that consists of the following stages:

 

Physical relaxation, calming the mind, affirmations, energy work, projection threshold techniques, and separation techniques. 

 

You’ll be guided through all of these stages except for the last one, the separation techniques, since no two people will reach this stage at the same time. So for this, it’s necessary to become familiar with these separation techniques before starting the guided meditation.

 

Now, there are a wide variety of different separation techniques that can be used for this, but I’m providing you with the ones that I believe are the most effective. You can find them in the description of this video, but I’ll also explain them before we start the guided meditation.

 

 

During this guided meditation I’m going to be taking you through various projection threshold techniques that are designed to bring you into the mind awake/body asleep state in which you’ll typically experience full body paralysis and vibrations. After progressing through all of these techniques with me, you need to continue performing them on your own until you reach mind awake/body asleep. If one of these techniques has a particularly strong effect compared to the others, or if one is easier to perform than the others, continue performing that one technique until you enter the vibrational stage. You can also alternate between the techniques at your own discretion. 

 

Once you reach mind awake/body asleep, that is the moment when the separation techniques should be used. I’d recommend choosing about three separation techniques to try during each attempt. If the first one doesn’t have an effect after a few seconds, try the next one, and if that one doesn’t work after a few more seconds, try the third. There’s typically a window of about ten seconds or so once the vibrations hit that is the optimal time for separation from the body, so if you miss this window and the vibrations die out, you may need to perform more threshold techniques to get back to mind awake/body asleep. 

 

As you’re performing the projection threshold techniques, it’s important to be aware of every sensation that arises in response to these techniques. These sensations may include a feeling of movement, such as falling, rising, spinning or rocking back and forth, a feeling of expansion, a feeling of heaviness washing over the body, vivid images appearing in the mind’s eye, internal noises or feelings inside the head like buzzing, ringing, or water rushing, gentle vibrations or numbness in certain parts of the body. If these sensations arise, continue doing whatever technique brought them on with the intention of intensifying the sensations. 
 
 

If you experience strong full-body vibrations and paralysis, that’s when you can begin the separation techniques, although many times the projection threshold techniques themselves are enough to trigger the separation, so you may find yourself leaving your body immediately upon reaching the vibrational stage in response to the threshold techniques without needing any further separation technique. There’s not one exact formula and things can progress differently with each attempt, so sometimes you just need to feel it out to determine what needs to be done.

One last note of importance before I explain the separation techniques is that you need to control your emotions and your response to any sensations that arise. That means you can’t get excited or scared, regardless of how intense the sensations seem to be. Adopt an attitude of indifference and simply carry on the process with an attitude of confidence.

 

SEPARATION TECHNIQUES

 

So now I’ll explain the separation techniques to use once the vibrations hit. It’s important not to attempt any kind of physical movement when doing these. All that is necessary is that you invoke the feeling of movement internally. Imagine the movement is happening, remember what that kind of movement feels like, and create that feeling within.

 

These three separation techniques are the ones that have worked best for me over the years, in order:

 

1. The first is to float or levitate out of your body. Place the intention of rising out of your body, and simply feel yourself gently rising upwards. Hold that feeling of floating until you actually float out of your body.

 

2. The second is to roll out of your body. Place the intention of rolling out of your body, and simply feel yourself rolling over to one side, as if you were trying to roll out of bed. Hold that feeling of rolling until you actually roll out of your body.

 

3. The third is to fall out of your body. Place the intention of falling out of your body, and simply feel yourself falling backwards, as if you were standing up on the end of your bed and falling backwards into bed. Hold that feeling of falling until you actually fall out of your body.

 

 

Now let’s start the guided meditation. Be sure you’re listening to the track with headphones, as I’ve infused binaural beats into the music to facilitate entering the mind awake/body asleep state. Also be sure you’re lying on your back in a quiet, peaceful and comfortable setting with your eyes closed. Let’s get started.

 

Guided AP meditation

 

You are about to embark on a journey beyond the physical realm, into the vast expanses of the astral dimension.

 

 

PHYSICAL RELAXATION

 

We’re going to start by completely relaxing the physical body, allowing it to easily fall asleep while keeping the mind awake, which will trigger the out of body experience. Starting at the top of your head, tense each muscle group for three seconds, then release it completely.

 

Tense the muscles in your forehead and scalp by raising your eyebrows as high as you can. Hold... and release, feeling the tension melt away.

 

Now Squeeze your eyes shut and wrinkle your nose. Hold... and release, allowing them to relax.

 

Now Clench your jaw and tighten your cheeks. Hold... and then release, letting your face relax completely.

 

Now Raise your shoulders up to your ears, tensing the muscles in your neck and shoulders. Hold... and release, feeling a wave of relaxation spreading down from your head to your shoulders.

 

Now Tense the muscles in your arms all the way down to your hands, making fists. Hold... and release, feeling the relaxation flowing through your arms and hands.

 

Now Tighten the muscles in your chest and back by taking a deep breath and holding it, arching your back slightly. Hold... and exhale, releasing all the tension in your chest and back.

 

Now Tighten your stomach muscles as if bracing for a punch. Hold... and release, feeling your abdomen become soft and relaxed.

 

Now Squeeze the muscles in your hips, buttocks, and upper legs. Hold... and release, letting go of all the tension in this area.

 

Finally Tense the muscles in your lower legs and feet, curling your toes. Hold... and release, feeling a final wave of relaxation washing over your entire body.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Calming the Mind

 

 

Now Allow yourself to settle into this moment, letting go of all of your worries and concerns. In your mind’s eye, imagine yourself standing on a beach on a warm, sunny day. You can feel a gentle breeze against your skin and your bare feet on the warm sand. There’s a large shovel in your hands, and as you look down at it, you begin digging a hole. The hole is getting bigger and bigger as you continue digging. Now the hole is wide and deep, and you toss the shovel to the side. 

 

Now turn your attention to the worries and concerns that weigh on your mind. Visualize them as objects or symbols. They’re all in a pile right next to you. Focus on each worry, one by one, and pick it up from the pile of objects. Hold it in your hands, feeling its weight and texture. Now make peace with it, and throw it into the hole. With each worry you drop in, sense a release, a lightening of your load. Continue this process until all your worries are in the bottom of the hole.

 

Now, pick up the shovel and fill the hole. As you cover your worries with the sand, affirm to yourself: "I am letting go. I am free from these burdens."

 

Once the hole is completely filled, take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, feel the freedom from having released these burdens. They are gone, buried, and you are free to move forward with lightness and peace. No intrusive thoughts can disturb you now. 

 

 

 

AFFIRMATIONS

 

Now we’re going to set our intentions with a few affirmations. Repeat these affirmations silently to yourself, with conviction and belief in their truth.

 

 “I am confident in my ability to astral project”

"I freely and easily travel beyond my physical body."

"I am safe and protected in my astral journey."

"I am in complete control of my astral experience and can return to my physical body at any time."

 

Repeat them one more time, taking a moment to let these affirmations resonate within you. Feel their truth permeate your being. Envision them flowing into your higher self, as waves of energy from each intention expand from within yourself and flow outwards in every direction, transcending into a higher spiritual  ity where they are absorbed by your higher self, soon to be manifested.

 

“I am confident in my ability to astral project”

"I freely and easily travel beyond my physical body."

"I am safe and protected in my astral journey."

"I am in complete control of my astral experience and can return to my physical body at any time."

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

ENERGY WORK

 

 

Now it’s time for energy work. We’re going to stimulate the energy body and clear any blockages, increasing your vibrations in preparation for astral projection.

 

Begin by focusing on your breath, taking slow, deep breaths. Inhale deeply, filling your lungs with air, and exhale slowly, releasing all the tension in your body. With each breath, feel yourself becoming more relaxed and more at peace. Imagine the air you’re breathing is pure, divine, healing light, and as you breath in, this light enters your body, expanding through every cell all the way down to your toes, restoring and rejuvenating you completely. Do this now.

 

 

Now visualize a ball of warm, soothing light, full of healing energy, right above your head.  As you breathe in, this light begins to descend upon you, touching the top of your head with a gentle warmth. With each breath, this light slowly moves down your body, relaxing every muscle it touches and clearing any energy blockage it encounters. Focus all of your awareness on the light and actually move your awareness through your body with the light, as if your awareness is the light. You can feel the energy pleasantly tingling as it flows through each inch of your body. 

 

Now the light is flowing down from the top of your head, passing through your head and into your neck, flowing down further into your shoulders and chest, passing down through the torso and arms, into your hands and pelvis, down through your legs and into your the feet and toes. 

 

Waiting at the bottom of your feet is another ball of healing light, and now the energy begins to flow up through your body from this second source of light. Move this energy all the way back up to the top of your head, carefully feeling each inch of your body as it flows through your legs, up through your arms and torso, through your head and back to the light at the top of your head. Now bounce this energy back and forth through your entire body, from the light at the top of your head to the light at the bottom of your feet and back, moving it at a speed that is comfortable for you. Imagine this light is cleansing and energizing each part it touches, clearing any blockages in your energy pathways, allowing your energy to flow freely and vibrantly, and raising the vibration of your energy body. Do this now.

 

 

Projection Threshold Techniques

 

Now we are going to allow the body to fall asleep while performing the following techniques. As you perform these techniques, hold a strong intention of entering the mind awake/ body asleep state. Allow the body to drift deeper and deeper with each passing moment, while carefully observing all sensations that arise. 

 

 

1. First we’re going to imagine we’re falling backwards. Suddenly your bed disappears, along with the Earth itself. There’s nothing below you now. You’re falling backwards into eternity. Remember what it feels like to fall, as if you were standing on the edge of your bed and you allow yourself to fall backwards onto the bed. Feel the butterflies in your stomach as you fall backwards and hold that feeling. You’re falling farther, and farther, and deeper, and deeper into yourself, into your own consciousness. You’re falling internally as the darkness around you expands and becomes more vivid. You’re falling into an expanding, infinite void. Falling, and falling. 

 

As you’re falling, allow your body to fall asleep. Remember how good it feels to fall asleep and allow yourself to reach the edge of sleep. Stay aware of the sensations that you’re feeling. Continue to peacefully fall.

 

2. Next we’re going to imagine that your swinging forwards and backwards. Imagine you’re floating above your body, and your spirit guide is at the foot of your bed, holding your feet, gently pushing and pulling you back and forth, back and forth. Feel the pleasant sensation of swinging back and forth, feel the energy of your guide’s hands gently holding your feet as they slowly push and pull, helping to loosen and free you from your body.

 

As your swinging back and forth, allow your body to fall asleep. Remember how good it feels to fall asleep and allow yourself to reach the edge of sleep. Stay aware of the sensations that you’re feeling. Continue to peacefully swing.

 

3. Next we’re going to imagine that you’re rolling to the side. First imagine that you’re rolling over in bed, as if you wanted to turn to the side and lay on your belly. Roll to the side as far as you can imagine. Start with rolling over 90 degrees, over to your left side. Now roll back the other way, turning to your right side. Feel the movement of gently rotating from left to right, back and forth. 

 

If you’re comfortable rotating more, then imagine turning over 180 degrees, starting on your back to rolling to your stomach, and then back the other direction, back and forth, back and forth. 

 

If you’re comfortable rolling even more, imagine you’re at the top of a large grass hill. You’re lying on your side, and you allow yourself to start rolling down the hill. Feel the movement, feel the spinning sensation as you roll down farther and farther. It’s a never ending hill. You’re rolling and rolling and rolling. 

 

As your rolling over, allow your body to fall asleep. Remember how good it feels to fall asleep and allow yourself to reach the edge of sleep. Stay aware of the sensations that you’re feeling. Continue to peacefully roll.

 

4. Next, we’re going to imagine that your energy body’s arms and legs are separating from your physical body, gently rising up and floating above the body. In your mind’s eye, visualize your astral limbs rising up and feel them floating. 

 

     

 

Now begin to gently move your astral arms around. Sway them from side to side or in any way that feels pleasant. You can do the same with your astral legs, hands, feet, fingers, toes, or whatever combination is comfortable. As you move your astral limbs, the feeling of energy within these limbs is becoming stronger and stronger.

 

As you’re moving your astral limbs around, allow your body to fall asleep. Remember how good it feels to fall asleep and allow yourself to reach the edge of sleep. Stay aware of the sensations that you’re feeling. Continue to peacefully move your astral limbs.

 

5. Next, we’re going to be still and simply observe the darkness in our mind’s eye. Be aware of any kind of imagery that arises. It could be little specs of color or light, images of people or places, or anything else. Just be a passive observer, not invested in anything you see or don’t see. 

 

As you observe the contents of your mind’s eye, allow your body to fall asleep. Remember how good it feels to fall asleep and allow yourself to reach the edge of sleep. Stay aware of the sensations that you’re feeling. Continue to peacefully observe.

 

6. Next, we’re going to take this observation a step further and intentionally visualize an object in the darkness of your mind’s eye. Choose an image that is easy for you to recall in detail, and hold the intention of seeing it. It could be the image of a person close to you, a pet, an object or possession, a place you enjoy spending time at, or anything else. Remember what it looks like with as much detail as possible. See it becoming clearer and clearing. It’s getting more and more real. It’s manifesting in your consciousness. Allow yourself to be there in this scene, face to face with your manifestation. 

 

As you visualize this image, allow your body to fall asleep. Remember how good it feels to fall asleep and allow yourself to reach the edge of sleep. Stay aware of the sensations that you’re feeling. Continue to peacefully visualize.

 

 

Now continue with the technique of your preference until you reach the mind awake/body asleep vibrational state. Then perform the separation techniques until the projection is triggered.
