Overcoming Limiting Beliefs
What if I told you that our daily struggles to feel good enough, prove ourselves, gain success, and show the world we’re worthy are all driven by a colossal lie? That lie is our limiting beliefs and the false narratives we’re often unconsciously hanging onto as a result of our own life experiences. This week on Journeys Through Change (formerly known as Go Go Bistro), I’m talking about overcoming limiting beliefs.
In this episode, I discuss:
- What makes initiating change so difficult.
- Examples of some negative beliefs we may be telling ourselves in our daily lives.
- Questions to ask yourself to get to the root of your beliefs.
- Moving past your old beliefs and crafting a new story of what you want your life to be.
It is important to recognize that not all beliefs are bad. We just want to tackle the ones acting as roadblocks and keeping us from moving forward towards opportunities.
