Hi, I am Shawn and in 2020 I started to see life through a very spiritual lens. I began to see the greater purpose of things, how we arrived there, and how to overcome them. I have now decided it is time to share my experiences. As a creator, I believe everything deserves to exist here and I try my best not to have judgment for any experience that is here. I have my preference on how I live but that is not to say it is the only way. I embrace different perspectives and think we should all choose the ones that bring us to our version of peace. I challenge you the listener to consume content that brings you closer and closer to your truth. Have an open mind and hear new perspectives especially as the world is shifting. Ask yourself the question of why so you can see where you believe you are limited. Then continue on to see that those perceived limits are not TRUTH. You are limitless and this is a safe space to be that!

Today we expand our "limits" on the idea of labels and titles. Often times we are given these descriptive titles based on how other people experience us. These people are our friends, families, bosses, and society. We are deemed shy, idiotic, perfect, difficult, angry, and so many other titles. These titles are given from the perception of someone else but we so often take it on as our identity carrying it as if it is ours to bear. What we don't realize is that these titles put us in a box and give us something to live up to. We begin to mold our lives around these titles. However, we can drop titles and reinvent at any moment. We can align with our soul's truth at any time. It just takes intention and courage. Have intention in your choices and the courage to be different in front of others but most importantly yourself.
This is an honest conversation I had with myself as I was defining who I wanted to be as this evolving woman. In the midst of that one of my friends was describing me as shy and saying I needed to work on being more social with others. This forced me to look at what she was saying and see if it was true. Some parts were and some weren't. Is it true that I had presented to be shy sometimes, YES. Is it true that I was actually this shy and timid girl NO. So there is a misalignment in who I was and who I was presenting but there was also this version of me that was ready to emerge.
Let's EXPAND together and BUST out of this LIMITED box we put ourselves in.
