In the past few weeks, reports in the UK media and US media have reported that Black and Minority Ethnic people are dying as a result of Covid-19 at a higher rate than their white counterparts. The reasons and factors around this are currently unknown but the trend is worrying and the uncertainty warrants a conversation.
