The social work profession has clear guidance and capabilities to ensure social workers are Anti-Racist, Anti-Oppressive and Anti-Discriminatory towards  families, adults and young people we work with, however, has enough been done to think about what an Anti-Racist approach looks like amongst social workers and in the workplace? In this episode, Wayne Reid shares some of his thoughts, views  and work on being Anti-Racist.
