The pictures look amazing too. I often question myself, as a Sagittarius son, you would think I've got so many stories of traveling the world, but I've got none. The most international I've gone is Costa Rica, Mexico, Canada. Only one time though. I've only been to Canada once, and it was a brief road trip to Montreal when I lived in New Hampshire. I want to go to Vancouver. But that's it. Bahamas. I went to the Bahamas. Ooh, that was one of my favorite places ever. My mom took me out of school and said, we're going on a trip for a week. And I looked at her like, what? And she said, Yeah, we're going to the Bahamas. I love my mom so much. She, as I get older and I parent my bonus boys, and I just think about what it was like when she was my age and had kids this age. I am so thankful for her and that she took the time to see what I liked as an individual, even though I was a child, and fostered that and developed that. She knew I loved the Caribbean so much. Tropical, so so much. I was never a mountains snow kid. I mean, I'd have fun in it, don't get me wrong. Tubing and skiing and snowboard, all those things are so fun. But if I had to choose by a long shot, it would be the Caribbean. But she took me to the Bahamas for a whole week. I think it was 14. I was definitely in high school. And I was so happy to be out of that cage. And we went there and we showed up at the airport and they had rum shots. And I was like, Mom, what is this? And she was like, it's something you can't have. So naturally, I grabbed it, took a shot. The bohemian that was giving it out was cracking up, and I was like, let's get this started, mama. I had no idea what I was doing. And to this day, my favorite mixed drink. I mean, I haven't drank in years, but it would be a hurricane. Poor made something tall and strong. I get a hurricane before I go insane. Is it obvious my favorite place is Key West? It's so funny that I love these places because like who I actually am, I wouldn't say I'm introverted, but when I go to Key West, I don't go onto Ball Street. I don't go out drinking. I don't even like go out to eat. I go to Date and Time, this organic cafe for breakfast and coffee, and then I'm gone. Like I'm hidden. I'm hiding. I'm in the secret spots no one knows about you. I'm flying a seaplane to the dry tour too, guys, hours away from the party. Like that's just me. I want to go hide out. I don't like going out to eat. We're getting off track here. We're talking about Leo season things. Welcome to another episode of the Astrology Lounge. We are gonna talk about Leo season. I'm your astrologer and host and invisible friend, Stephanie Powers. And happy Leo season. How is cancer season for you guys? As you listen to this, we're in the heart of the viral Barbos Basket from July 19th to 23rd. We're talking about the rare configuration in the sky of every outer planet at four degrees. We are talking about four, four, four, four. Four is restructuring. When you think of four, think of Saturn. If you live in a home, if you're big into numerology, that equals four. It's probably a place where you're getting your shit together or you're really laying foundations. I know a lot of you are big into numerology. I am too. I'm secretly on the hunt for a six house because to me, six is Venusian. It's Venus. It's the day I was born. And I'm a I'm ruled by Venus. There you go. It's home. It's the family traditions. It's soft. It's gentle. Um, I want a six house. What do we live in right now? We have we are three, six, nine, which I think is pretty cool. As a number in and of itself, our address is three six nine. What does that equal out to? Oh, I'm not using my brain. Three plus six plus nine. Eighteen. So this is the nine house, very abundant where we live for sure, of 17 acres and beautiful Texas Hill country. That's on abundance. I don't know what it is. But nine, you know, when I when we got our address assigned to us, because this was unrestricted ondeveloped lands, we had no idea what our address was going to be until the town assigned it. And when they gave us 369, first I thought that was wild. And the millennial in me was like, but when I added it up, I was like, an 18, one plus eight is nine. Ah, this is a house that gives us abundance. I know I talk so heavily to you guys about Twin Moon Ranch. It's going to be where we have Airbnbs that are astrology themed. I just bought these beautiful set of custom-made coasters from England. They finally made it over here. And each one is engraved with one of the zodiac constellations right now. I'm holding Scorpio. They're really cool. And so I'm already like slowly purchasing things for the 12 Airbnbs, even though things are definitely stalled right now. Our whole goal was to build our home. If you guys are new here, we've lived in a fifth-wheel motor home. My gosh, we've been hopping around between a motorhome we own and Airbnb since 2020. Uh, it started off as fun, but kind of turned into a way of life for us. And then we tried to live in apartments, we tried to rent homes, and we discovered we are just such autonomous people, and it is so important for us to live on our own land and be able to homestead and create and build, which we are doing right now. And we definitely do not want to get into any debt. We both have this like big fear of it because of you know, we're almost 40 years old and we've experienced it. I'm still paying off student loan debt. So we're trying to build our house off of cash only. And when you don't have a lot of money or you don't come from a lot of money, you you work, you make money, you pour it into the house, and then you gotta go back and work and make more money and then pour it into the house. So it's this very slow, like one step forward, two steps back, one step forward. We just put in windows though. We just put in windows, which really makes a house look real. And we're gonna put stucco on the outside. And we've been designing every night, and we just pour so much energy into it. So after all of that, like I'd say the house will definitely be done. Maybe by fall, we finally get to live in a home. I think it's going to be a lily pad for something else. I'm not so sure that the town we live in is going to allow this specific space to be Airbnb rentals. They are pretty harsh on it. Don't know why, but that's another conversation. I'm sure you guys have lots of stories of this stuff. So essentially, what this property might be is an investment property that we will either sell to go purchase the real like open space where we can have the permits and the licensing and all that stuff that's required for Airbnbs. But um, yeah, there's a lot in the air, a lot of things you never see coming when you're building and when you're creating, a lot of restrictions, lots of rules we didn't see coming, but we're so close. We're so close. We're now, and now that we've learned a ton about building and how you can save money, how you can be more cost-effective, if this were to be the jumping pad, what's it little not the jumping pad, the catalyst, the catapult to the place where you guys can fly into, drive into, because you guys ask me about it every week. Um, it'll probably be something that's already set in stone and purchase, and it's like quick, quick, quick, done. This was definitely a learning process for us. So, I mean, we do have one Airbnb that's already kind of done. We just have to get it framed inside and then throw in some furniture, which we just got from a friend this weekend. So we could have one Airbnb on the property that's ready to go, but the whole 12 that the design idea for the twin moon ranch, that is definitely a long shot that we're not giving up on. But it might have to be in a different area of Texas. We went to Colorado Bend State Park this weekend. Shout out to that, that was incredible. Did not think you were in Texas and we were looking at other land already. Like, this is where we could put the 12. Because I am still just so set. I'm like, we are doing 12. I can't open the doors until there's 12, and that is a lot. That's a whole that's a resort. Go big or go home. It's a resort, but um, that's the goal. That is the goal. There's the update on twin moon rank. House is almost done. Very exciting. Big windows. I love it. I'll never forget when I was young. I was like 21, and I saw a psychic because my mom is so cool and has always dragged me to psychic dragged me. I willingly went to these psychic fairs and loved just talking to people. And one of them said, Oh, you're always gonna have big, big windows, just giant windows. And that never left me. Now that I am 37. I remember my first apartment when I was like 24 had these huge windows that I could stand up in. Granted, I'm five foot two, but I could crawl up in them and stand and put my arms up and woo, I was so lucky. And then literally every place since then. In Denver, I had giant, like 18-foot floor-to-ceiling windows manifested all of that. Yeah, every place I've lived, I've I've been so blessed to have these giant windows, and we put our windows in, and they are like six foot by six foot giant squares. It's amazing. I love it. So that's the update on Twin Moon Ranch here in super hot Texas. How are you guys? How was cancer season for you? What's new and good in your corner of the world? Are you guys ready for Leo season? I always like pull back a little bit because you know what I'm about to say. Leo season fun, excitement, expressive energy, creativity. But what if you're not in a space to hear that shit? What if you're in a space where you're tired, where you're exhausted, where you haven't felt fun in a while, where you're at a crossroads where you have to make a really important decision and it doesn't feel fun. I'm always kind of like bringing awareness to how can I relay this message to cater to all of my audience's energies, which I guess is kind of setting myself up for failure, because you just possibly can't. But I never want anyone to feel left out. I never want anyone to feel like, well, that must be nice to just be playing and dating and doing all those fun things. Where's my Leo season? Number one, where is Leo in your chart? For example, I'm a Taurus rising, so Leo rules my fourth house. Fourth house is the bottom, the base, the root of the chart. Normally, when the sun transits through this area of your chart, you don't feel like going out. You don't feel like partying. You become an introvert for a season. You want to stay home, you want to work on your home, you want to be quiet, you just want to relax and read a book. When the sun starts peaking over your seventh house, eighth house, definitely into the ninth, tenth, and eleventh, that is when you feel more extroverted. And I gotta tell you, as a tourist ascendant, summertime here in North America is my the base of my chart. Summertime, I get the summertime sadness all the time. Okay. July has notoriously been where I don't leave the house. I'm just, I'm home. I just want to stay there. And then I'd look at everyone around me who's booking all these trips and going to these places, and I'm like, I just don't have the energy for that. However, I have noticed so blatantly that come January, like December, January, February, which would be Capricorn season, Aquarius season, Pisces season, which is my ninth, tenth, and 11th house, the tippity top of my chart, I'm always traveling. I'm always on an airplane. That's when I went to Costa Rica. It's when I go to the keys for my birthday every time. That's when I'm like, let's go, let's get out, let's do stuff. It's very interesting to see how that stuff works. So pay attention to that. Look at where Leo rules on your chart, and so that you never feel left out of astrology, so to speak, where you're like, I just don't enjoy Leo season. And I know during cancer season they say relax, but I really like to work. Maybe cancer rules your tenth house, maybe you're laborizing. We'll see. We'll see what's going on. But I just want to kind of buffer this episode with that all knowing. Guys, be sure to go visit the website astrology-lounge.com. I just updated the weekly transits ticker this morning. I try and do that every Sunday. We're talking about Barbo's basket on there. We've got Mercury stationing direct. Woo-hoo! We've got Saturn going retrograde. I got an episode coming up on that. You guys should see the notes took on that. My Saturn episode is gonna be kind of similar to the Pluto one, where I tell you about like, hey, keep going in this area of life because Pluto's transforming it. My Saturn episode is gonna be very similar in nature where I talk about, hey, has it been rough here? Are you having a rough go at in here? I mean, has it been kind of all work, no play in this area of life? Keep going because what did I do? I have the fourth house and then the challenge house. Oh, yeah, I added the opposing sign into it. Like, hey, this is the area of life that feels a little difficult. Keep going. This is the area of life that there may be external events pulling the challenges out, but you're gaining support through reaching into the cookie jars of these two houses, which is where the sextile to the Saturn and Aries transit is. I know I sound like I'm speaking a different language, but I promise it makes sense. I worked on that all this weekend. And uh look forward to that later this week. So go check out the website astrology-lounge.com. Don't make fun of my burnt plant in the background. I thought about using AI to like buffer some of the leaves out if you look. I sense trimmed her, okay? Listen, if you go look at my picture in the background on the website, you're gonna see the burnt plant leaves. I kept that intentionally and the scissors. You know, you would think, remove the scissors. No, this is my office, this is where I work, the scissors are staying. And the burnt plant, well, my mom had that. And when I went to visit her, I took it back, and I think it was in the window in my car for the long road trip and the sun burned its leaves. So, you know what? It just looks like life to me. We're in the lounge where you don't have to be perfect. You can just chill, you can have burnt plant leaves, you can have scissors hanging out. We don't judge here, so I'm leaving it. But if you want to go check it out, go take a little peeky peek. Happy birthday, Cancers! I hope you guys all enjoyed your solar return, aka birthdays and Leo's, it's your season, favorite. One of my bonus, sweet little bonus boys is a Leo. But his Leo's son is in the fourth house, and so the typical expression I'm trying to tell his daddy this, like the typical expression of Leo being extroverted, competent, wild, and fun and theatrical, he's not gonna be like that for many reasons, but because his Leo son lives in the fourth house, this is the most introverted house. A Sagittarius son in the fourth house, not gonna travel. By the way, I don't think I ever finished that story. I should really check my ADD. My Sagittarius son is in the seventh house. I want to travel with a partner. I want to travel with someone. I'm not the solo backpacker typical Sagittarius. Um, if I'm with a partner that doesn't want to or can't afford to travel, I'm probably not going to. Do I need to be cognizant of that to not let a partner take over? Yeah, of course. Definitely always learning that lesson. But a lot of my truth seeking, my exploration comes through seventh house themes, which is relationships, not just romantic partnerships, marriages, but all types of relationships. I travel the world through reading you guys, forming relationships with you, learning about your relationships coming out of your chart. Whenever you guys ask, like, can I talk about my partner's chart? I'm like, yes, bring it, let's go. This is where my Sagittarius lights up. I go on an adventure. Needless to say, I will be going to Greece. South Africa has been calling my name since I was a little girl. I'm gonna be doing these things. Pluto was also just transiting my ninth house since 2008, which eh. I don't know if you would necessarily feel the call to travel internationally since then, but I know I to me, I'm like the international travel thing will be a season of life. Right now, I'm just not in the season of life where I want to go get my passport stamped. It's there, it's ready, it's renewed every 10 years, but I'll know when I know. Right now, I'm definitely in the fourth house, if you will, where I want to build property. I want to welcome you guys into a property. I want to build a family, curate a family, sustain a family. It's just where I'm at right now. But I have a feeling I'm gonna really enjoy myself later on when it comes to international travel. We'll see. We'll see. So my bonus boy with his Leo son in the fourth house, he's so family-oriented, it is the most beautiful thing ever. He's a stallium in the fourth house, so it's not just his Leo son, but his happiness is simply just hanging out with especially his daddy, just wants to sit and enjoy and be. It is so precious. One time we were watching shooting stars during a meteor shower, and we asked the boys, like, okay, what's your next wish gonna be? And uh the tourist was like, for all the money in the world, so I can buy all the toys. And we're like, Yeah, check, nice, solid wish. But then I think our our Leo was like to just have a happy family. That's it. And then one time we were talking about lottery tickets, I don't know. And I said, if you won the lottery, all the money in the world, what's the first thing you would buy? I kid you not, our sweet little Leo with his son in the fourth house of family goes, Well, nothing. I already have everything I want. My family. Like this kid, and he was seven when he said this. Amazing. Like that's not, I don't think that's a very normal response from a child. I would expect a child to say, all the Legos ever. I would buy how toys R Us. Is that even a thing anymore? But he said that, and I was just like, wow, this seven-year-old has learned what takes some people a lifetime. Most humans, I would say, don't learn the lesson like that of family is all you got at the end of the day. So money doesn't matter. It is about your family until they're on their deathbed and it's too late. I was blown away. And this is where I love astrology. Like, that was an experience. Cannot deny a son in the fourth house. My sh my Leo son is so proud and expressive when it comes to my family. Loves it. Love, love, love. So just wanted to share that little Leo lesson. Thank you to my sweet Leo bonus boy for letting me talk about him. Um July 22nd to August 22nd, 2026. We celebrate the lovely Leos, the lions in our life. Leos always get that reputation for play, expressive, models, proud, loud, and yes, they absolutely can be. But I want to kind of debunk that. Just like I'm always like, you guys know me. I got such an Aquarius, Midheaven. I want to make things weird. I want to tell you that Scorpios are actually the most extroverted, fun, excited people ever. And I want to tell you that cancers can be some of the strongest business people who don't let their emotions get in the way. Well, when it comes to Leo, I want to debunk it. Because I do have a lot of Leo clients, especially Leo risings or Leo ascendants, who come to me and say, Am I broken? Because there is nothing better to me than having a little studio on my property and painting, drawing, designing clothes by myself. Yes, I put on music. Yes, I'd love to express myself, but I don't the whole crowd thing, not for me. Pool parties? Eh. How about one friend coming over and we just create together? That's more my thing. Am I broken? So I want to like debunk the classic definition of Leo. So I think the mythology of Leo is really interesting, and it's fun to just say, like, what does it mean to you? Like art, right? If you walk into an art museum and you look at paintings, everybody interprets it differently. Songs. Some people can listen to a song and be like, yeah, that's some harsh lyrics, but I don't know, the beat and the rhythm, just mmm. Other people are like, I can't unhear that lyric. I can't listen to the song. I can't stand it. I think that's Leo. It's all in how your heart interprets something. So the mythology of Leo, its story begins with the very first labor of the Greek hero Hercules. We'll call him Hercules. It's really Heraclis, but we'll go with the Roman version. Hercules. So the the story of Leo begins with Hercules. The gods, the heavens, gave Hercules 12 impossible tasks to understand each zodiac. But his very first assignment was to defeat a terrifying lion. So what made this lion so terrifying? It was not ordinary. It had golden fur, massive claws, incredible strength. It had skin that was impenetrable. Nothing, no sword, no arrow, no gun, I mean, not guns back then, but spears could ever pierce. People had tried to defeat this lion for years, but nothing worked. The lion was invincible. So Hercules first tried fighting this lion with weapons like all other humans did, but every weapon bounced right off. Think of him like pulling out the Sagittarius, bow and arrow. Bing, shooting an arrow towards it, and it just bounced, ricocheted right off. So eventually Hercules realized I'm gonna have to fight this lion differently because this is weapons are clearly not working. So he cornered the lion inside of a cave. He dropped his weapons and he wrestled the lion with his bare hands until he finally defeated it. Anybody want to guess what zodiac sign Hercules was? I don't know if it's confirmed, but I would say Ares. You're gonna catch these hands, lion. I don't know. Which sign is most likely to throw punch? Obviously, Ares, but maybe Leo. I don't know. What do you guys think? So Hercules corners this lion, he throws hands, and he couldn't, or he did, he defeated the lion, but he found that he could not skin the lion. I know it sounds so barbaric, but skin it, pull the fur off of it. It was again impenetrable. So the goddess Athena, if you know that asteroid, told him, How about you use one of the lion's own claws to pull its fur off? Only the lion itself could penetrate its own armor. Afterwards, when it worked, Hercules wore the lion's skin like a cloak, like a shawl. It's a symbol of his courage. So Hercules corners the lion in a cave, defeats it through his own hands, his own power and strength, realizing, oh, I don't need external things. I just need my own strength and courage to face this lion with nothing but me. And then he wanted to wear it as a pride and joy, but realized he could only use the lion's own claw to pull its fur off to wear as a token of look how strong I am. The lion represents the part of ourselves that seems impossible to master. Think our ego, our pride, fear, insecurity, and need for approval. Leo teaches us that confidence isn't something you're born with, it's something you earn by facing the things that scare you. Ooh. So he had to get the claw, which is the thing that could have killed him. The teeth are the claws of the lion, use it to pull off the thing that he is now proud of. And he had to learn, overcome your fear, drop the weapon, face it hands on. Ooh, now why is Leo ruled by the sun? Right? The ruler of Leo is this beautiful sun. So when the sun transits all 12 signs, it comes home when it comes into Leo. Does the sun come up every morning wondering if people are okay with it shining? No. It just shines, it doesn't apologize. It doesn't compare itself to Venus in the sky and doesn't wish it was Saturn. It just expresses exactly what it is. When it sets, does it care if people are like, no, come back? I don't want this day to end. No, it just keeps going. It says, enjoy my colors. Bye. It just expresses exactly what it is. It loves who it is. It doesn't look to its left, it doesn't look to its right. It doesn't look at the full moon and think, oh, I wish I was beautiful. I wish I was more cool and quiet and introverted. I wish people worshipped me at the new moon in the full. No, it just expresses exactly what it is. It just shines. That is Leo energy. So the shadow side of Leo energy is exactly that. Every sign has a healthy expression, an unhealthy one. An empowered side, a disempowered side. When Leo was wounded, and I gotta tell you this, when Leo was wounded, it can become extremely dramatic, arrogant, and I don't like to throw the N-word around, but I will in this context, narcissistic. You guys know I think it's really overused, although it needs to be used in certain situations. I never want you guys to come to me and think, oh, she doesn't like that word. I can't say it. Like, I like that word, it definitely deserves a label, but I I have just witnessed too many people um categorizing people as a narcissist when that's actually a clinical diagnosis. You know what I mean? Rule when you use a word too much, it kind of dilutes the meaning. And I really want to reserve that word for people who are actually narcissistic so that the victims of that narcissistic abuse get the attention they deserve and the help they deserve. You know what I mean? Otherwise, it just becomes another cliche. Like, I'm just an asshole. Like, no, like there's more to it. But I gotta tell you, in most of my readings, what I what I love is collecting the data, right? I can read, I can study, but nothing shines more than talking to the lived experience of birth charts. What is starting to blow me away is that when I hear about extremely abusive relationships, Leo tends to be a very common sign. And now you would, I know Virgo is number two, and that one totally blew me away, but it makes more sense the more I think about it and process it. Leo could be far up there because it is dramatic. It's prideful, they're arrogant, they need constant validation. Whenever I hear about people describing Scorpio placements as jealous and possessive, I'm like, have you not met a Leo? Have you not met someone with a Leo moon or Leo Venus? Like, do not mess with their people. You need to celebrate them at all times, which can be beautiful until it comes off as you love them more than me. No, I don't care. And you're like, dude, that's my cousin. I'm going out with my cousin. What? Why are you jealous of my sister or my brother? This is just getting weird. That is the downside of Leo. Because underneath all of that pain is what if I'm not special? What if I don't matter? Right? Now, the highest expression of Leo is even more beautiful. It doesn't need to be the center of attention. One of my favorite things about empowered Leo energy is they celebrate everyone around them. They walk on the red carpet and they just, hello, look at my beautiful best friend. Look how amazing she is. She's so talented. Everybody clap because she is so good at what she does. I love a Leo. They, one common denominator of Leo's sons is they love seeing their friends win. I don't know what it is about friends with them, their chosen family. They absolutely love seeing their friends post hot pictures, seeing their friends win awards, seeing their kids succeed. They're like, that's my kid, yes. And it's like, it's not that big of a deal, thank you. But they are just so celebratory of people's victories. They love to encourage, they love to make people feel seen. Just like the sun gives light to our day. Leos can give light to make you feel so special. So a healthy Leo helps everyone else shine too. A disempowered Leo is really just, I need constant validation. I need constant celebration. Me, me, me, me, me, me, me. Um, let's see. Donald Trump. He is a Leo ascendant. I believe his chart is a Gemini sun, Sagittarius moon, big mouth, uh Leo ascendant. And so this is why he just he's orange. Okay. What does the media chalk it up to? He has a very orange skin and hair. Like he's literally a lion. Is that mean to say? You know what I mean? But um, he walks in a room and he commands it. He just has that arrogant, I'm gonna be involved in beauty pageants, I'm gonna be a business owner, I'm gonna have everything gold plated. Have you guys ever driven by Mar-a-Lago? We have. That shit's crazy. Like, I just I don't know what I don't know, but I have been exposed to so much wealth from here in Texas with oil field money to living in Telluride, to singing South Florida, Palm Beach, Miami, Mar-a-Lago. I don't, I don't know what I don't know, but I just feel like if I had that much money, I would never want a house or space that big. Unless I had a family of 10 kids, in which case I wouldn't even know them on a personal level. I don't know. It just seems so excessive to me. I don't get it. I do understand like enjoying, like, I don't know, taking your family to tell ride in a private jet because you just get the luxuries of those things, but then I'm just like, I've also seen Elon Musk's Little Villages, the boring bodega. We've gone to SpaceX, we've seen the little tiny house that he lives in, and I'm like, I also know where the house is he bought for his family here in Austin. I've seen I've lived next to Alex Jones on Lake Travis, like I've seen all this stuff, and I'm like, I just I don't get it. I don't get it. What? But I also don't have any Leo in my chart, so I don't know. We'll see. But he's a Leo ascendant. I think that's just like the perfect example of the disempowered sign. We won't go there. And also the empowered side, like you gotta be freaking brave to deal with what he deals with, but it's also like is the bravery just masked ego stuff? And like, again, I'm not a Trump supporter, so get that off of your mind. But it's the perfect example. He has a Sagittarius moon. I speak what I feel without thinking of the repercussions. It's so classic. Go read the dude's what do they call it? Twitter uh X Truth Social. That is the most Sagittarius moon ever. It's like, dude, can you think? Can you just ooh, that's a little too blunt, a little too blunt. Stop. And then the Leo ascendant is I'm a king. I am a king and you are my peasants, the disempowered say. So the deeper lesson of Leo season, right? I always like to compare it. Cancer season, we start something from a feeling, we process feelings, we we just think about why do I feel this way? Who do I feel safe with? Where do I feel my best? Leo season takes the season from water to fire. We go from cardinal water. Let me start something from a feeling to fixed fire. Now let me sustain that feeling with passion, fire. Right? What do I need to go through with my bare hands and earn from hard work that's derived from passion towards something? And all started with a feeling and sustain it to get it to Virgo season, where we will then monetize it or come up with a way where we don't just burn it to the ground, we sustain it with earthy things. But this is Leo season. It's it's the highest expression or the deeper lesson of Leo season is now that you feel safe, what wants to come alive in your heart? Leo season is about rediscovering our inner child. I always think of Leo season as either the inner child, but I go, I think the child is more fourth house cancer themes. I think Leo is more inner teenager, fifth house themes. When you get your first boyfriend or girlfriend, when you get your first car and you're driving around, you get to hang out with your friends. It's like you're still young, but you have enough freedom to be going to parties and going out to eat and buying yourself a nice outfit. And it's so fun. Gosh, how many of us miss those youthful days? Talents, hobbies, laughter, confidence, creativity. Um discovering those things and diving into them, not because someone else approved them, but because they make your heart come alive. So you know what we do around here. Leo season, what it means, now you know, and how to use it. Ask yourself this season. What lights me up? Leo was ruled by the sun every morning under the sunrise. Ask yourself, what would make me genuinely excited today? Not productive, not responsible, not a task that you have to complete, but excited. Reading a book, dancing in the kitchen, playing music, going paddleboarding, painting, singing in the shower. What let's see, what have I been doing getting ready for Leo C's? Oh, I just discovered an app called Sniff Spot. And I'm going to my second visit today, and I am so excited. This is why I love living in the Austin, Texas area, because we're so innovative. It's like we have southern hospitality with modern innovative ways. I love the culture around Texas. I really do. I'm growing by the day, so proud to be a transplant Texan. It's a blast. But I'm going to a sniff spot today. And what it is, is it's an app, if you don't know, if you don't know, it's an app for your dogs, obviously, Sniff Spot, where if you have a reactive dog or if you have pugs that get so hot and can only survive a minute outside, Sniff Spot is where people rent their backyards, or for us in Texas, lots of people own tons of acreage, and so they'll fence some off and let you have a private time in the area with your dog. So it's like an Airbnb visit for dogs. Um, here in Wimberley, there's lots of beautiful homes on the gorgeous river, and there's these beautiful giant cypress trees. Well, I found a sniff spot just four minutes down the road, right on a river, old school. Oh my god, we just rocked up, paid for 30 minutes, swam in this gorgeous river, hopped out, and went home. But it was so much fun for the buggies to sniff something new. And today we're going to Butah, Texas, to someone's backyard who they do a really good job. They have literally designed their entire yard to be dog friendly, so they're making some pretty good side money off of this. They have like a seating area with coffee and mocktails. You can host a dog's birthday party here, they'll set up everything. They leave little frozen, uh, bone-shaped ice cubes out for the dogs, and they can play in their pool, right? How many places are like you're afraid to let your dog swim in it? Because are they gonna get sick? But these people just rent out their backyard with pools and doggy toys, and you don't have to worry about other dogs fighting yours, getting along with yours. You rent 30 minutes to two hours, and you just get private play. It is amazing, highly suggest it. Not sponsored, wish I was, because I would definitely run an ad for them on the podcast, sniff spot. But um, yeah, we're going to our second one tonight. We're gonna have a little pool party with the dogs at someone's house we don't even know in Puda. I know you're probably thinking, like, we have 17 acres. We do, but it's nice to go. I don't know, I like to meet other people too. I like to do these things, they're so much fun, and we don't have a pool yet. We're talking about making a shipping container into a pool. We'll see. We shall see. But that's my Leo season fun. I'm gonna try to do one sniff spot a week and just go meet new people, see new things, get to know the vast area of the outer greater Austin area, and it's fun. I love seeing the dogs have a good time, it is so exciting. But this is Leo season trying new things, getting out there, enjoying stuff. I also have a novel. I'm gonna read a Taylor Jenkins read book during Leo season called One True Loves. Because I love me a good love story. Her book, The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo. I'm still thinking about it today, and I read that in 2022. Leo season reminds us that joy is productive. Me taking the doggies out helps me see what other people are doing for hospitality stuff that I want to do one day. The dogs have a blast. I have a blast giving them a blast. That's Leo season, and it's with my family. Fourth house. My fourth house. You have to see where Leo rules in yours. Follow your heart before your head. Cancer season asked us to feel, yes, in that heart. But Leo season grabs the ball and says, well, act on those feelings. Feelings are so powerful. Literally, feelings make people do things they regret. Feelings help people make really big life decisions. Feelings help people create a life they love. Oh my gosh, are feelings so powerful? Cancer season said, let's just sit with those feelings. Let's feel them, but act on them. Let's think about them. Let's start something in Leo season from that feeling. Well, Leo season is here. So instead of asking, what should I do? Ask, this is what my heart loves, and how can I go after that? Oh, create something. Leo is one of the most creative signs next to Pisces. These are my artists, my arts and entertainment, my singers, my songwriters. Although gathering data, Gemini moons tend to be a very Virgo sun is the most common sign I've seen for comedians. Yes, quote me on that. Go ahead. Gemini moons tend to be some of the best actors and actresses. If you guys want to know something really wild, Aquarius sons, by probably the longest long shot when I have looked at common themes like serial killers, billionaires, athletes, uh singers, songwriters, Aquarius sons are the number one placement of ultra athletes, ultra marathons, ultra runners, Iron Man, David Goggins. Like, go ahead and look at like ultra runners or ultra athletes. I would say 90% of them, yes, that high, have an Aquarius son. Still actively studying that one, but it was cool. The sister sign, by the way, of Leo is Aquarius. And I always associate it with Leo is the traditional athlete that does make it to the NFL or the NBA, but Aquarius is like, I don't want to be a part of that system. It's corrupt. I'm gonna go be a solo athlete and be famous on YouTube. I'm gonna be David Coggins. I love David Coggins, love his energy. Um, they're sister signs. I also describe it as Aquarius writes the movie. Leo is the main character, they need each other. Every day, create something, and it doesn't have to be a canvas, it could be a garden, a meal. Cooking is so creative. Bake something, start a podcast, start a blog, a funny Instagram reel, a funny TikTok, a new workout, a poem, build something with your kids, create something with your kids, create a memory with your kids or your pets, your fur babies. Creation feeds Leo energy. Leo is play. You know, when we become adults, we stop playing because we think we have to be serious. That is one thing that I don't like about getting older is I'm expected to not laugh. I'm expected to be the serious one. No, thank you. I'm going down that water slide. I am laughing, I am wrestling, I am getting down and dirty. I know I hope I never lose that because we were all children. And yes, we have to pay bills, we have to be anchored, we have to lose pets, we have to have sick children, we have to be caregivers to aging parents. I get it. I'm doing it. But why do we have to stop playing? Heck no. Leo says life isn't only meant to be survived, it's meant to be enjoyed. Go to a comedy show, play a board game. We play Pictionary with our phones on Netflix. So much better than just zombieing out and watching a show. It's hilarious, too. Things you control. Throw a football, play with your dog, go to a sniff spot, book an Airbnb that's 30 minutes away for no reason. We're already doing that. Be a vacation in your hometown. Like it doesn't have to be this international travel. Have a water balloon fight. Your inner child or inner teenager loves Leo season. Now, since Leo is rolled by the sun, literally go outside, feel the warmth, watch the sunrise, watch a sunset, lay in the sun, no matter what the season is, recharge that solar battery. What do animals do when they wake up? They go right back to the sun. They go lay in the sun. Cats find that little ray of sun in the house. Dogs will go outside and lay in the sun. And another thing you can do during Leo season is celebrate other people. Healthy Leo does not compete. It applauds. Every day, compliment someone. Tell your boyfriend, girlfriend, your spouse that they are gorgeous, that they look so good today. Tell your coworker that you think they did a really good job today, that you're really impressed by how they did something. Celebrate your child. If they're singing and it sounds awful, tell them you are you shine. You are just yes. If you're teaching them how to be an athlete and you're like, oh boy, wait, don't say that. Celebrate them. Be like, you I can't believe you got up to bat. And you know, a lot of people are too scared to get up to bat, but you did, and you are so powerful. Woo! Let them play dress up, let them wear Batman costume out in public. Celebrate someone's success. Compliment a stranger, buy them coffee. Because ironically, the more light you give away during Leo season, the brighter you become, the happier you feel. I love Leo season. A lot of people think with this energy that once I feel confident enough to go compliment a stranger, or once I feel confident enough, then I'll do the thing. But Leo season wants you to flip that. It says you remember the mythology. You don't, Hercules did not. Wait until he felt confident to go conquer the lion. Hercules said, feel the fear and do it anyway. And by doing it anyway, through the fear, he developed the confidence. So Leo flips, once I feel confident, and then I'll go on stage. Says, no, you go on stage and develop confidence. And then you really start to enjoy what you do because you're so confident. Speak up, wear the bold outfit, cut your hair, post the video, raise your hand, send the text. Confident is built through courage, not the other way around. Now, of course, this is the season, neighboring cancer season, to ask yourself, what did I absolutely love doing when I was eight years old? What did I love about being 16, 17 years old? Maybe you rode your bike, went to a swing set, drew pictures, climbed trees, built forts, sang all the time, played dress up. Leo season says, now go do the same version or some older version of that again. Go listen to oh, go listen to an old playlist. You can find them on Spotify now of the genre where or the era that you felt most young, wild, and free. Play those songs all the time. For me, it's like early 2000s hip-hop. Leo season wants us to be seen. So it's it's not about showing off. Although the disempowered Leo, you can pick him out in the crowd. They have the loudest subwoofer, the fanciest car, the watch, the chain, the Gucci glasses. Nothing wrong with those things. But it's like, okay, are you doing those because you love it and you actually do that? Or are you wearing that brand because it's what everybody else thinks is cool and you want everybody to think you're cool? Stop the habit of hiding. Wear the outfit you've been saving, but make sure you're wearing something that is you, not what gets you attention from other people. Make sure the car you drive is something you love, not what is currently trending and people will think looks cool. That's a big Leo thing. Take the family picture. Take pictures of people you love. Speaking of someone I love, it's Mr. Virgo. What advice do you have for Leo season?
SPEAKER_01Leo season? Yep. Have fun. Party. Put your makeup on. Go for a run.
SPEAKER_00Do you go for a run because you love it or because it's what people think is cool?
SPEAKER_01I go for a run because I don't want to get fat.
SPEAKER_00Okay, because you care what people think about you look like?
SPEAKER_01No, I care what I look like.
SPEAKER_00Ah, okay. And so you are all Virgo everything. And you are the season that is after Leo season. And I always teach people each season prepares you for the next. So being the most Virgo creature I've ever come across, what is Leo season preparing people for to master in Virgo season?
SPEAKER_02What is Leo season?
SPEAKER_00Preparing you for Virgo season.
SPEAKER_02Well, okay, Leo season would be like a peach pod. But what that does is actually preparing you to be healthy for Virgo season.
SPEAKER_00You are so smart.
SPEAKER_02It's just we're very Leo, like, I want to look good. I want to look hot, but then you're like, my product is come August when everyone's back in school and life goes back on, you're like, oh shit, I'm healthy.
SPEAKER_00I'm healthy. I feel good. And when I take care of my body, not only do I just look good in that bikini, but I actually have more energy and I can play with my kids more and I perform better at my job. And I sweep the floors in vacuum. I told, did you hear the episode where I told people that your favorite toy was a vacuum?
SPEAKER_02It wasn't my favorite. I didn't get a chance for it to be my favorite because my dad said no.
SPEAKER_00I said that too.
SPEAKER_02So, but would it have been my favorite? Probably.
SPEAKER_00Do you still vacuum every day?
SPEAKER_02Yes. It drives me crazy when I can't.
SPEAKER_00Yes. Okay, that was a really good answer. Thank you.
SPEAKER_02Going on my run now.
SPEAKER_00Okay, we're back. Mr. Virgo went on his run. He is training for his next 100-mile race. There's uh something in Texas called the Habanero 100, where they choose specifically mid to late August when it is the absolute hottest time of the year in Texas, to run 100 miles on a ranch. Uh, Mr. Virgo, JL, has tried to win this race, I think four or five times now. So four or five years, and he always stops between miles 70 to 75. Something happens, he gets injured, he gets hurt, or he just collapses. It's so, it's so hard to watch, you know, as their partner, you just want to protect them, make sure they're happy and safe and healthy, but you they're intentionally putting themselves through pain, and you have to cheer them on, but you also want to tell them, like, stop, this is dangerous, but it's their sport. So it is midday hot and he is going out to run, and I'm very proud of him. I I feel so blessed and lucky, but also I chose this uh to have a partner that cares so much about his health. Like, honestly, this dude eats healthier than I do, and I have a sixth house stallium. He encourages me to constantly move my body, eat healthy. I love, love, love, love, love, love him for that. Oh, he's the best. So, Leo, let's go over the Leo placements because, like I was saying in the beginning of the episode, a lot of people with Leo ascendant tend to go, hey, am I broken? What's going on with me? I want to talk about why really quickly. Let's talk about Leo's sons. Happy birthday, you guys. Please come see me. We can look at a solar return chart if you want to. High side of a Leo son, your personality, your vitality, who you are, your character is warm, generous, courageous, confident. You naturally lead by example. You want everybody to be famous, not just yourself. And that's the low side. You want to be famous. You need constant validation. You're dramatic. You struggle with not being the center of attention in everybody's world, and you're very, very jealous. Very, very jealous of people who are more talented than you. Very jealous of people who win or get more attention than you. That's the low side of a Leo Sun. We gotta watch out for. So, Leo Sons, you guys who are here to teach the world how to shine without being jealous of or dimming anyone else. You're here to learn that you are amazing. And if somebody does you dirty, you don't need to seek revenge. You don't need to get upset and cause all the drama. They lost you, which is painful enough. Leo moons. The moon represents our emotional world, what we need to feel emotionally safe and satisfied. It's how we react to the world. I was raised with Leo moons. My mom and my brother share twin Leo moons. Woo! My Scorpio moon, man. Uh, when I'm feeling a type of way, I need to not eat and hide for a day. They're like, oh, we just experienced something painful. Nah, whatever. Let's have a board game night. We want to invite people over. And I'm like, how is your rebound time so slow or fast? I mean, whoa. I need to go regenerate for 24 hours. Um, but they're also so funny and theatrical and hilarious. Both of them. I admire my mom and my brother's Leo Moon's creativity so much. They're smart and just funny. I just can't stop saying the word funny. Their sense of humor is so unique. So the high side is someone who has a Leo moon. Big-hearted, so emotionally generous, playful, funny, very loyal and protective of their loved ones. But the disempowered low side is boy, do Leo moons take things personally. And it's almost like I've noticed that they constantly think that someone's mad at them when they're not. They're they're very concerned about you. You like them more than me, don't you? You you you you're gonna cheat on me, aren't you? You're gonna that they can be so dramatic. With that phrase, turn um molehill into a mountain, turn a snowflake into an avalanche, yeah. May hide their hurt behind false confidence. Like, I don't care. No, it doesn't bother me. Bothers them a lot. So, Leo Moons, they need to feel emotionally celebrated, not just emotionally understood. Leo Moons are one of those people that really love when you notice things and compliment. You look so good today. Have you lost weight? Have you been working out? You look amazing. Did you know, mom? You were a nurse growing up, and I just gotta tell you, you were the best nurse ever. My mom. She gets a lot of compliments when she goes out because her Aquarius self-dress is so quirky. She always wears a different type of hat, and everybody always, I love your hat. You that hat looks so good on you. I see her Leo Moon, just like, really? What else do you think? I love it. But boy, when Leo Moons are upset, they roar. Leo risings. Okay, you guys, the high side. The rising sign is your soul's promise. I want to remind everybody, no matter what your ascendant is, it's something you're coming back to. We are normally we're we're born our ascendant. So from birth until about age eight or nine, when we have our first Saturn square, we are our ascendant. And those are, in psychological terms, our core formative years. Something always happens. No matter if you're put in this paradise padded room where you're protected from all pain, you're gonna have something come up around that time. It's your ascendant is the answer to that question. What did you love to do as a child that you no longer do anymore? It's sitting in your ascendant. However, at our first Saturn square around age eight or nine, we mold into our sun sign. We have to. We develop a character, we develop a personality, and we have to operate from ego because man, being a human on earth is a requirement. So the ascendant is normally something I always want to gently push people back to. A lot of people when they go through their first Saturn return, second Saturn return, they come home right back to their ascendant. They get pushed back to that area of life. So with Leo rising, you would think, aren't I supposed to be the big-hearted, playful, generous, confident leader? I'm like, yeah, yeah, you are. You probably were as a child. But somewhere along the way, whatever your sun sign is and your moon sign, you lost it. And we got to get you back to it. So a lot of Leo risings tend to come from tumultuous childhoods. I'm finding a strong correlation between Leo ascendants coming from a childhood where they were called fat, too skinny, ugly, not pretty enough, not talented enough. They wanted to be singers, performers, their family knocked them down, or people around them. It doesn't have to be their family. It could have been siblings, classmates, a teacher, where they something happened to them once or God forbid multiple times that they were just like, oh, to shine means to be in pain, means to get hurt. So I am going to clam up. So a Leo Rising's high side is they come back to being charismatic, magnetic, whether they like it or not. Very welcoming presence, very confident presence that lights up a room and does not care. Don't hate me for using him as an example. It's just too easy not to. Donald Trump is a Leo ascendant. And no matter what his, he definitely has some disempowered size of his chart, no doubt. But homeboy can walk into a room and not give an F about anything. That is like taking it to the extreme, but that is the Leo Ascendant's job is to have that level of leadership and confidence to say, I do not care what you think about me. His State of the Union address, where the Democratic side is just like yelling at him. You can see it. He doesn't care. He truly doesn't care, which I know blurs the line between being a sociopath and narcissistic, but also you see what I'm saying with this, right? The confident Leo Rising is a leader. A lot of Leo ascendants, by the way, go on to be entrepreneurs, performers. They lead something. And go see where your sun sign sits to see what. But the low side can come across as intimidating, image conscious, or overly concerned with being the leader of the realm. Okay. So Leo Risings, you guys don't have to ask for attention. You naturally attract it. You need to come back to being competent and being seen. Leo Venus, Venus, how I love, how I expect to be loved back. Ooh, Leo Venus people want romance, affection, grand gestures, being made to feel special. They want their relationships to constantly feel 16 again. But the low side, listen, people talk about Scorpio being possessive. Go find me a Leo moon, or especially a Leo Venus. Possessive, jealous, wants admiration, dislikes feeling ignored, or especially dislikes feeling like you think somebody else is hotter than them, more beautiful than them, more talented, more famous than them. Oh no, you better make them constantly feel like they just want an Oscar in your house. So just remember with Leo Venus, they love starring in the greatest romance movie ever made. Now, Leo Mars, Mars is how you take action on things. I love a Mars and Leo. These are brave, passionate, determined people. They lead with courage. But they can be very stubborn, pride gets in the way, hates admitting defeat, can be so competitive that they don't give you a high five and say good game after the orange slices. They say F you, I'm coming back and I'm gonna beat you, or I don't like you. Why? It was a fair game. You you lost. Yeah, well, F you. Leo Mars would rather fail boldly than never try at all. So the empowered side of this is they have no problem taking risks. I love a good Leo Mars. Mercury and Leo, excellent storyteller, very entertaining speaker. This is a writer, blogger, podcaster that's so entertaining, very inspiring ideas. But the low side, they can exaggerate, similar to a Leo moon. A Leo Mercury, you have to just know, okay, is that really what happened? Or is that your theatrical way of explaining what happened? With Leo Mercury's, I would always make sure to know what's the other person's side of the story. Sometimes they can dominate conversations or they always want the last word. Like I tell you guys, Taurus gets the reputation for being stubborn. Scorpio gets the reputation for being possessive and jealous and sneaky, but the common denominator between those is they're fixed. Leo is fixed, just like it's Taurus and Scorpio cousin. And so it's kind of all the fixed signs are kind of a blend of each other. Leos can be so stubborn. Leo's can be so jealous and possessive. But one thing that they all share that's empowered is these are very loyal placements. Extremely loyal to their jobs, to their family, to their partners, when they're on their empowered side. So a Leo Jupiter, ooh, happy Jupiter return to anyone with Jupiter and Leo. I know we have a lot of listeners with this placement. The high side of this is you are lucky, you experience your most luck when you are expressing confidence. When you are confidently expressing your creativity, when you're stepping into leadership confidently, when you're being generous, or when you are taking up space, taking center stage, you tend to have your lucky breakthrough. When you just post and ghost, baby, just put it out there without thinking too much about it, picking yourself apart, luck tends to come to you. And guys, if you have this placement, now or never is the time to put yourself out there. Low side, overconfidence. You can like look at people who are succeeding on the internet and go, what do they have and I don't? Well, they you probably are more talented than them with this placement, but what they do have that you don't is they just post it. They just show up and post it, they put it out there instead of overthinking it. Um, ego inflation, believing the rules don't apply to them. This can sometimes be the low side of it. But Leo Jupiter grows every time they have the courage to be seen and put it out there. Put it out there. Saturn and Leo, I don't know why I don't get too many people that have this placement. Interesting. I just thought of that. High side learns humble leadership. This is a strong placement of someone who succeeds in arts and entertainment, leadership positions, entrepreneurship, steady confidence, very disciplined. This is like the antidote to being a starving artist. This is the person that says, I am an artist and I also want to make money from it. I this gives me like big Taylor Swift energy, badass energy. I don't think she has this though. I think her Saturn is in Capricorn. This is a Leo Saturn is someone who earns respect and earns their audience over time. Now, the low side, the lesson of having your Saturn in Leo is you have a fear of being judged, fear of standing out, struggles with self-worth, self-esteem, or ooh, this is imposter syndrome too. Like I know I'm talented, but I don't know if I'm, you know, it's just a hobby. It's not a job. Leo Saturn's life lesson is realizing they don't have to earn the right to shine. You can just put your talents out there and shine because you love it, right? So do you notice a theme with all these? Every Leo placement is learning the same lesson, just in a different area of life, a different planet. Their lesson is can I let my authentic light shine, what I love, shine, without needing applause to prove it's valuable. When they master this lesson, and I don't know if they ever truly master it, we're human, we're always gonna fumble, but when they're really over the target of this, Leo placements become one of the most joyful, generous, just inspiring energies to be around in the entire zodiac. No, I tell you, Scorpio energies can be that way. Scorpios are obsessively passionate about things. Leo is just someone who genuinely enjoys what they're wearing, what they're doing, and that is infectious. Empowered Leo is someone that barely tries at all. They don't wear makeup, they don't get filler, they don't get Botox, they barely even brush their hair. But it's sun-kissed because they're always outside having fun. They have a nice bronze glow because they don't worry about sunscreen too, too much, but you know, they they wear a hat, but whatever. And they're wearing clothes that they feel so confident and comfortable in. They just walk into a room and they exude this confidence, and you're like, what the heck? Give me some of that. Like all the skincare routine I have, the filler and the botox that I'm getting, and you just walk in here half-assed, and you're the brightest, most beautiful person in the room. Oh you make it look so weird. What the heck? You have this very successful online career, and here I am with these incredible ideas that are going straight to a graveyard simply because I just won't put it out there. What the heck? This is what we're juggling. This is this is the scales of Leo season. Now let's switch it to the collective. What might we see during this specific Leo season? We already know that it's getting pretty hot. We've got Mercury moving to Rex, Saturn going retrograde. We'll have the big full moon in Aquarius, July 29th. And then August 3rd, Chiron goes retrograde. You guys got your Chiron and Taurus taste. He's gonna move back into Aries in September. Eclipse season is going to begin during this Leo season. It's gonna be dramatic. You know, that's one of the disempowered sides of Leo is the drama. So what we might witness with, let's see, Venus is moving into Libra, August 6th. What else do I have here? August 11th, Mars goes into Cancer. Yep, August 12th. We begin eclipse season in Leo, conjunct Jupiter. Guys, write that date down on your calendar, August 12th, and go find where Leo is on your chart because this is, in my personal opinion, this is one of the most faded, whoa, what's happening days of 2026. August 12th, eclipse and Leo conjunct Jupiter. But what we might see collective collectively during this time, more entertainment and celebrity news. Surprise engagements, breakups, divorces, babies, big movie premieres, concerts going viral, maybe more, although I don't pay attention to them, but this is so Leo season, award shows, red carpet moments, a lot of people becoming overnight, internet sensations going viral. The spotlight just gets brighter during Leo season. Um, what I hope collectively we see some of our favorite artists releasing new music, new podcasts gaining traction, um, fashion becoming bolder, more colorful, more people launching their creative ideas, leadership stories. This is a big one I think we'll really start to see. Leaders making bold announcements, government changes, leadership changes, public debates over who's fit to lead, um, who is leading from the heart and who is leading from the ego and government and business and major arenas in life. Romance is in the air. Leo season is that teenage dream when it comes to love and dating. So more engagements, more traction if you're single and dating. Fully expect that. Summer weddings or winter weddings, depending on where you are. Very public proposals. Leo Venus loves a good public proposal. Romantic honeymoons, baby moons, vacations. Speaking of baby moons, Leo is the sign of fertility, conception, and pregnancy. So collectively, we may hear more stories about IVF infertility. Because that falls into this as well. Um, pregnancy announcements, baby showers, of course, those could be popping up now or three months from now when if the conception happens during Leo season, child prodigies, children's entertainment, children's health. I mean, school, back to school is already kicking off. So we're we could have news and announcements about like record low people signing up for public school with Uranus and Gemini. We we'd something about the school system or schools announcing something different, especially around the mid to late August timeframe with the eclipse. Sports becoming very exciting. We know the World Cup is just dominating this summer. That is so Jupiter and Leo, but now that the sun is moving into Leo, championship headlines, incredible, record-breaking moments, athletes starting to become household names. Um, more celebrations, festivals, concert, family reunions. I know my family has their big reunion in late August, I think it is. Community events, and more drama. Not all drama is bad, but some of it might be political drama, celebrity feuds, social media arguments, big announcements, stories that feel larger than life. This is so Leo season. But to wrap this all up, if Cancer Season had us retreating into our homes and our families and our feelings, Leo season throws open the curtains, turns on the lights, and says, Okay, enough Heidi. It's your turn. Get out there, let the world see who you are and what you love. Now, to answer Mr. Virgo season's question, cancer season, what do I need to feel safe? Leo season, okay, now that you're safe, who are you? Go express yourself. Now that you have a safety net at home, so when you're done being on stage, you can crawl back home to have that safety and recharge. What do you want to create? But then Virgo season creeps in at the end of August and says, okay, now what are you going to do with that? Cancer seizing is deciding why you want to do something. Leo season is dreaming up the fun stuff, the colors, the logo, the excitement, the grand vision. And then Virgo walks in and says, Well, great. If you were going to start this project, did you get an LLC? Did you get the business license? Did you get the permit? Did you get the right? Virgo season is what's the budget? What's the schedule? What's the inventory? With the creative idea that started from a feeling in cancer season, right? It's like Leo season says paint the masterpiece. That's something we have on our Leo season checklist, is we love to just buy cheap paint. I tell you guys this in readings all the time because I do it. Cheap paint, clean white canvas, just paint whatever. So especially as adults, we get into this mindset where we're like, I don't know what to paint. What do you mean you don't know what to paint? What color is your eye gravitating towards? Good. Grab a paintbrush. Put it in a circle on this canvas. Okay, let's make another circle. What other color is gravitating? It can be as simple as that as coming home to just creating. So Leo Season says, go paint something. And Virgo says, oh, that's actually kind of nice. How about you frame it and hang it up on your wall so you can look at it, right? Leo says, write a book, write a substack. Virgo says, just edit chapter one. Have a sand clock timer, right? Leo season says, you know what? I'm starting that podcast with my best friend. We we've wanted to do this for so long. We're putting ourselves out there. And Virgo season will say, okay, let's buy a microphone and let's make an upload schedule. Let's like promise ourselves we'll do three episodes a week. Right? So we'll be back to talk about Virgo season and how to make the creativity from Leo season sustainable. So, guys, I know this was a bit different. I've been trying to keep up with the times and evolving with the episodes. I know I used to have my uh cancer season, Leo season, Virgo season very structured and ordered by like the basics, the number, the symbol. But it's been fun to just kind of go off the cuff and talk about Leo season as if we're just hanging out, discussing it. But the symbol is the little lion's mane. It's a circle with a little like hump on it that's representative of the lion. Um, the number is five, and five is associated with change, but creativity as well, classic. And the sister sign is Aquarius, it's a fixed sign, so it's it's very loyal. It likes to keep things going, and its element is fire, it's passion, it's creativity, it's excitement, it's joy, it's the sun. Alrighty. I think we covered a lot about Leo. I hope it makes sense. Uh to wrap this episode up, what I would encourage you to do this Leo season is do something wild, fun, crazy. If you can afford it, if you have the time. If you don't, and like I was saying in the beginning of this episode, if you're in a season of life where you're like, where's my Leo fire? I could sure use a fun pool party. I feel like I haven't had fun in a long time. This could be something as little as just playing music when you shower. If you've never, if you have if you've stopped listening to music, play music while you shower. Just hit an again, an old playlist from when you were young, from a time in your life where things did feel Leo. Play that playlist. Play it while you're doing dishes, play it while you're showering, play it while you're doing laundry. You can sneak little glimmers of Leo glitter into your day. Go book a sniff spot. Your first one's for free. You don't need money for it. Find one. Go find a cheap Airbnb. Go look in your neighborhood and say, okay, you know, I'm so stuck in my routine, I forgot how to have fun. Go think outside the box and do something different. That's it. Something different that has no other purpose other than to enjoy it. Because life is meant to be enjoyed, not just lived and survived. There's always time to tap back into that inner child and enjoy it. And you know, I I guess I'll end the episode talking about the drama side of Leo. Energy is currency. Energy is currency. It is a coin. And if you wake up every day with 10 Leo gold coins of energy and you get to decide who gets some of those coins, what piggy banks you put some of those coins in, because once you reach 10, you're done, which means you're emotionally fried for the rest of the day. So you would be very cognizant of, hmm, am I gonna listen to this 10-minute audio message from this person? Is it is what they have to say gonna like bring any joy into my life? If I give them advice, is it actually gonna help them? Because it doesn't feel good to give advice to someone who never takes it and just continually stays in a pattern because then I become a part of that pattern and I don't like it because it's not fun. If there's drama, if there's people that are just hell-bent on misunderstanding you, don't give them any of your gold coins. Don't do it. Boundaries. I love the analogy. Are they gonna sit at your dinner table? Are they gonna be up on the shelf in the living room? Are they gonna be on the sidewalk? Or are they on your front porch? Where are you gonna put them? You get to decide. It doesn't matter. Where do you want to put them to protect your fun and your energy and your Leo energy? We all have Leo energy. Wherever Leo is in our chart is the area of life that it's so important that this area feels childish in a good way. I say childish, not in an immature way, in a it feels fun here. Uh, using myself again, Leo rules my fourth house. Home, family. I want to have fun at my home space. And it's so funny that we really don't leave the house when we have the boys. We rent water slides, we come up with card games, board games, we come up with scavenger hunts. It's so much fun to be at home. Cancer Risings, uh, Leo rules your second house. You should be making money, monetizing your natural talents. You guys should also be leaders in something you make money from. And that's how Leo energy works. Leo is drama, and we are likely to see a lot of drama in the collective during this season. You get to choose. Do you turn it off or do you take it in? Do you throw yourself into the fire, or do you say, well, there's nothing I can do besides control myself in my home, so I'm just gonna focus on that. Where do you want your energy to go? Where can you protect your energy to preserve your youth? Because we all have youth, we all have excitement and fun and passion and joy, and we all want to clap and we all want to feel goosebumps at a concert. There's always that part of us that wants to have fun and enjoy it. Who can you do that with? How can you sneak that into your day-to-day? And I think another wonderful lesson to practice during this season is I get it. There's family members, there's old friends, there's kids, there's adult kids that are around us that don't always match our vibe and our energy, but they're in our life, so we have to figure out a way again, where do I set them? Where do I place them? I think there's so many the quote the best creative ideas in the world are all not all, a lot of them are gonna end up in a graveyard in the cemetery. All the world's best ideas have gravestones. What does that mean? It means people just whether it's the people you're surrounded by or your own inner sense of lack of self-esteem and self-confidence, the greatest creative ideas are going to die with the people in their brain and their mind and in their heart. I think one of the number one things I witness as an astrologer is some of the best ideas. And I'm talking to you guys. You guys are some of the most creative, intelligent, big-hearted, celebratory group of people I have ever met or witnessed. All of you. It's so cool how you all share of all of your different ages. And I've read you guys from 13 with their mom to 94, 93. You all share something in common. You are so creative, you are so big-hearted. It's why you're here listening to astrology because you, A, you're trying to understand yourself better so you can be a better person. But B, a lot of you listen to this so you can understand your children and what they're going through, so you can understand your spouse to help him or her with what they're going through. And that's so Leo lion hearted. I love my pride, I love my pack, and I want to understand them so I can help be a leader for them and help them with their own lives. It's so beautiful. But you guys are extremely creative, and I can't tell you how many times I've had a reading with you guys and you've shared your podcast idea, you've shared your book idea, you've shared your fashion idea, your movie idea, your TV show idea. I've heard it all. And you guys, I always say, like, hey, this is a verbal NDA. I'm not gonna steal that idea. It's amazing. But I think the number one reason why people don't go after that is their family and friends. You're doing what? That makes no sense. Or they're very fearful of what their family will say when they speak or write about their experience with them. And I want to end this episode of Leo Season by sharing with you that your creativity was never meant to just sit within you. You don't have this hunch or this dream or this feeling to do something that's just meant to sit there and marinate. Leo season wants you to work on getting the confidence to put it out there, and if drama shall come, drama shall come. I will remind you until I'm blue in the face that you are going to experience drama, Leo drama, no matter what you do. You will solve world hunger and be criticized because it's not organic. So you might as well go pre-creative and express yourself and do what feels so good and so fun and enjoy it. Okay? And if you need some help with that, you know where to find me. Astrology-lounge.com. I'm always here to book a reading with. We can discuss where Leo is in your chart. Happy birthday to all of our wonderful Leos listening to this. I absolutely love Leo energy. Um, I'm so thankful to know Leos that celebrate me, that make life fun, that remind me to just build a blanket for it and get over it because we're all gonna die anyway.
