I had been dissociative for years prior and I always told myself that “if I find the cure one day, I will share it with the world”

I know the cure was already out there, I just had not found it yet.. due  to lack of information and misinformation oh and a really bad therapists! 🤯💀

One therapist that made a HUGE mistake and made my life so much worse.
One that didn’t give ANY advise or guidance!
One that repeated everything I said, without getting anywhere in the sessions.

AND FINALLY:  I found the best trauma therapist ever 🥹 who told me about THE SAFTY NET!!!

And now I can say, I am here again.💁🏻

Key words:

-Self soothing techniques
-Nervous system regulation techniques

I am speaking strictly from my own experience and I am by no means a professional. Please always do your own research as well! 👁️

I would always recommend contacting a trauma specialist when working through issues like this if possible.

feel free to give this podcast a rating⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ it helps to spread my message with other people that might benefit from hearing about it.
