Throughout her career, she has served as a classroom teacher, principal, school district leader, and university professor, always guided by one mission: to help people reach their full potential. She has been Teacher of the Year and she was selected for the U.S. Naval Air Force's Distinguished Leader Program. She has earned countless accolades, but she'll tell you her greatest reward is in the lives she has impacted.
