Erica Wides is a chef, cooking teacher, food media host, and commercial actor. She has been in the food world for almost 30 years and has worked and taught in NYC and in several countries. She's the creator and host of FunnyPeopleMakingFood, a food-comedy mashup series on YouTube, and The Chefsmartypants Academy, a SubStack newsletter and video blog.
